Holiday rentals with a patio in Karlovac

I stayed here for 30 days....great value for the price....place was very clean and spotless....hot water was available, private parking was in the yard of the house, fast WiFi, washer and kitchen amenities. The view from the balcony of the nature and greenery was the best part honestly and host was very responsive and proactive.

Vera is a perfect host. Their instructions are clear. She has a lot of care. Her place is very clean. Vera is also very welcoming, responsive and offers good advice. Her English is excellent and her conversation is lovely. We had a lovely time with our 2 year old baby.

Great location. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts were very helpful. Lovely terrace to have your morning coffee and unwind.

We spent 2 nights in the very spacious, well-equipped, very well-maintained apartment with a very spacious balcony. The bathroom and additional toilet are high quality and pleasant. The beds are very good. Plitvice Lakes National Park is easily accessible from there. We recommend the apartment and the very nice urban area.

We cannot say enough good things about Branka, Daniel, and their daughters Emma and Klara. They are wonderful, most welcoming people, and it was a pleasure getting to know them. The apartment itself is one of a kind, cosy and welcoming. It has everything one needs for a pleasant stay and it's spotless. Moreover, the hosts will endeavour to accommodate any need you may have. If you are looking for a place that is the very definition of a quiet stay, look no further. The accommodation is at a reasonable distance from both the lakes and Zagreb, so it's and excellent base to explore this part of the Balkans. What more to add? We could not recommend it enough!

Staying in this apartment was amazing! Located in a quiet part of Zagreb, the jacuzzi on the terrace was a full hit, the accommodation was identical to the photos, modernly decorated, extremely clean and equipped with everything you need, the host was very kind, welcoming and easily accessible for all questions. Highly recommended!

We were in town visiting friend nearby with our family of 4. It was a great space to sleep and recoup from the day out. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

A very quiet and comfortable place to stay. It’s a little away from the centre, but it’s easy to walk to the tram and take that everywhere. Very big recommend!

House was beautiful, much better then described and showed on the photos actually ! And the kids loved it. Pool, playground, cinema, fire pit. Amazing. We hope to come again soon...

Beautiful home, well-maintained. A microwave would be a plus to be able to heat things up. Very steep garden, not very passable. Very nice layout of the terrace. Katarina l dominik is available, easily reachable and responsive. We recommend this accommodation for a quiet and relaxing stay

Completely satisfied! If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. Beautiful views, silence, safe. At the end of the village, but still close to neighbors. The Plitvice Lakes are an hour away by car. Garden landscaped, clean. The house is equipped with everything you need, clean!!! Who wants to quote a book, a pit coffee, and look at a beautiful nature has to come here. I trust we'll be back again. Grocery store in nearby village, need to be by car.

The place was exactly as described. The house was in nature in a very nice place. The driveway was signposted with boards. Great place to stay, we didn't miss anything. Plitvice lakes are at 20 minutes by car. Really great place to stay 👍🙂

I would like to thank Ann for a very nice time in Dubacka Rijeka. After a long day of driving we were able to enter according to the instructions given. The hot tub was super tasty and the living space offers everything we needed from a simple kitchen to a soothing shower and sleeping on a very good bed. The personal contact was also very nice. Ann gave info about the area and is also happy to tell you something personal, making you feel at home. Highly recommended if you are looking for a B&B in this neighborhood.

Verica’s upstairs apartment is perfect for anyone who wishes to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The big balcony overlooks the valley and has good view on the hills. The kitchen is fully equipped. Verica has created a beautiful small apartment where one feels just like at home. There is a parking space right in front of the house for guest to use. I highly recommend Verica’s place.

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September with Mate in the large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well furnished. The view from the balcony is very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 minutes' walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old town of RAB.

All in all, the stay for 2 nights was good. Everything was within walking distance. You had everything you needed. We booked the apartment mainly because of the concert in the opposite arena. It was convenient. For 4 people it would only have been a little better if there was a 4th thicker blanket. Unfortunately, the large balcony window in the living room didn't seem quite tight, which is why it was relatively noisy and a small passage came through. Should there ever be another concert in the arena, I would book the apartment again.

It was the best accommodation for us, who traveled by rental car. It was a beautiful surrounding environment and a comfortable home like my own.

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. Thank you!

Huge recommendation - beautiful apartment with two terraces, very close to city centre yet in the middle of a little forest. Definitely also try Bistro Vrhovec for lunch - big thanks to Phillip for the shout!

A clean and tidy apartment in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood with no street noise. Mia is a kind and welcoming person and a great host. All in all, an apartment for every recommendation.
