There are a few houses and a garden nearby; it's not a secluded spot in the woods! It's on the outskirts of the city, where you can already go out into nature. Kovářská Stables

The building is located in the village of Kovářská and has been newly sensitively renovated. The reconstruction preserved as many original elements as possible and combined them with modern design. The cottage is located in the middle of a meadow, the sunny terrace has a beautiful view of the surroundings. On the ground floor there is a sauna for 6 people with a lounge, a cooling barrel and an exit to the outside. There is also a living room with a kitchenette, which is open to the meadow with a large window and access to the terrace. In the attic there is a social area with a bar, fridge, foosball and table tennis.

A loft small apartment in a family-run apartment building is located in a residential part of Karlovy Vary called Drahovice. It is a city district with walking distance from the center 10-15 minutes, spa area ( Hotel Thermal, Kolonades 15-20min walk). Parking is available in the free parking lot near the house. The apartment has a room with a double bed, seating in armchairs, a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, a washing machine. There is no kitchen, but there is a fridge, an electric kettle, basic utensils.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.
