It was a very nice appartment. Nice interior and balcony. Very easy check-in and we felt right at home. Surely recommend this place!

We spent a weekend at the apartment. Despite the 30 degrees outside temperature, we had a pleasant cool apartment to sleep in. Check in was super easy. Thank you!

Johannes is a very good guy. He was responsive to requests, such as when I noticed that there was no microwave in the unit and informed him, he promptly ordered a new one. I needed parking for one day and even though this unit does not have parking, he was able to arrange parking it another one of his units that had said parking. Overall, the place is very good for one person and manageable for two people (assuming the two people better like each other a lot!)... Strong WiFi, laundry is easy to access, and there is an Aldi within reasonable walking distance. The only limitations are that the unit does not really have a view (It looks out into other condos' bedrooms or onto the garbage) and it is a little bit of a walk from the main train station (even though the bus stops are very convenient). Overall, a very solid 8.5 or 9 out of 10, if not more!!

A really tastefully decorated apartment. Simple yet comfortable, quite freshly renovated, modern with a nice touch of retro. Quiet location in a settlement with single and multi-family houses. In ten minutes you can be in the city center of KA by car and the tram stop is just a few minutes' walk away. Great fitted kitchen equipped with everything you need for a few days stay. Fast WiFi in all areas of the apartment. Private access. No problem with keys, thanks to electronic door lock. Helpful, friendly landlady, easily accessible.

The place was great, clean, spacious, well prepared and comfortable, meet all of our needs and more. We had a very good sleep after a long travel because of calm surroundings. The host is extremely nice, we felt welcomed, thank you for accepting our still in training adopted dog.

We had a wonderful time at Alexander's. The apartment was super spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Coffee, shampoo, shower gel, everything! All you need to bring is your swimwear and groceries :). The swimming pool was wonderful and Alexander always responded quickly to questions and was very polite. We needed a first aid kit and this was immediately arranged, even though he was not around. In short: it's worth the money! I will definitely recommend the apartment to friends or colleagues and we will DEFINITELY come back. Thank you!

Since we were in Karlsruhe for a multi-day event with meals, the accommodation was primarily a place to sleep for us. According to the very central location, it was of course quite late at night on the weekend, but the windows helped a lot. In summer, however, depending on the weather, it is a fine balance between noise and heat.

The apartment is very spacious, well maintained and perfectly equipped. The location is charming. You step out the door and are in the middle of the old town of Durlach. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Isabel is an excellent host and very committed to making her guests happy. We had a super relaxing and private weekend. The location is excellent. You can be in the city in a few meters with many restaurants and also quickly in the countryside. We also got a city map. The accommodation was also in a great location for our dogs and they were able to move freely inside and outside, as the outdoor area is fenced and a little visible. There was even a free snack for our little ones on the departure day. The little ones were very happy. Great recommendation for dog owners. As a welcome, there was even a bottle of sparkling wine with fruit and everything was available, even toothbrushes, games, coffee and much more. In the morning, Isabel also provided us with rolls including spread. Thank you very much for a relaxing and relaxing weekend.

The place was very nice, the garden was wonderful, with a swing, trampoline, slide, sandbox and yakuzi! Perfect for those who, like us, have a dog and a child. In fact, even inside the property, various games and bookshelves are available for the little ones. We had a great rest because the area is very quiet. Absolutely recommended 👌

The stay at Tugba was great. Despite the attic apartment, it was not hot. The balcony terrace invites you to enjoy a wonderful view over the rooftops. Tugba was always available for questions. Very happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay! Close to the European Parliament! We recommend it!

Great place, has everything you might need and then some. Lots of details that make one feel welcome. However, you probably need a car, especially if you're with small kids. Another thing to note is that the bunk beds are actually children's beds so take that into consideration. The top bunk is max 70 kilos and for age 7+. The space between the top and the bottom bunk is also very narrow. Overall, these beds are not ideal for adults.

Anais is a very responsive host, attentive and will always make sure to satisfy the requests of her tenants, we arrived on a holiday, without access to the tram and Anais has directly found a solution. The accommodation is beautiful, a perfect panoramic view with a great hot tub, the whole apartment is very well arranged; in short! Nothing to say thank you for this stay!

A perfect stay from start to finish! The accommodation was even better than in the photos: clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. We immediately feel at home there. The location is ideal in a quiet area. Jaccuzi and sauna is very clean. Comfortable bed, fast wifi – everything has been thought out to offer a spotless experience. Quick response and instructions from Hosts 😄 I would recommend this place without a second thought and will come back without hesitation if I come back to the area.
