There are many restaurants and cafes and the beautiful spa park. The thermal bath, as well as the train station are also about 3 minutes away. The apartment is on the third floor of an apartment building. There is a living or dining room and a bedroom, as well as a kitchen, bathroom and two balconies. Ruhige klimatisierte Gästewohnung in unserem Haus am Horbachpark in sehr ruhiger, zentraler Lage. Die Altstadt ist nur 300m entfernt, der Stadtbahnhof Ettlingen und Supermarkt 250m, A5 4Km. Wir bewohnen die unteren beiden Etagen. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Blick auf den Schwarzwald. Sie ist für 2-5 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Max. 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder nach Abstimmung.
