For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The traditionally Bavarian furnished apartment is located in a quiet location and has yat a quick connection to the heart of Munich! The S-Bahn Station „Munich-Karlsfeld“ is within walking distance. Peace and quiet at Lake Waldschwaig

A quiet retreat between Dachau and Munich with a view of the garden. A narrow spiral staircase leads to a small apartment for a maximum of 2 people. Double bed, bathroom with shower, and a small kitchen are available. The grill and terrace may be used. My dog walks freely around the premises. Dachau is 2 km away, and Munich is about 15 km away. I live on the property myself and deliberately keep it clear and quiet. Retreats are occasionally held here.

Two minutes to the U4/U5, four minutes to the Theresienwiese. Made for one or two people who want to be central without sleeping in the noise. Worth knowing up front: fourth floor, no lift. In return you get a separate toilet.

The furnished room is renovated and modernly equipped. The room has a bed equipped with bed linen, a desk with chair, a wardrobe and shelves. A glass door separates the private bathroom with shower from the room. Also a fridge, plates, glasses and cutlery and towels are in the room.
