The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. A quiet retreat between Dachau and Munich with a view of the garden. A narrow spiral staircase leads to a small apartment for a maximum of 2 people. Double bed, bathroom with shower, and a small kitchen are available. The grill and terrace may be used. My dog walks freely around the premises. Dachau is 2 km away, and Munich is about 15 km away. I live on the property myself and deliberately keep it clear and quiet. Retreats are occasionally held here.

Two minutes to the U4/U5, four minutes to the Theresienwiese. Made for one or two people who want to be central without sleeping in the noise. Worth knowing up front: fourth floor, no lift. In return you get a separate toilet.

The flat is located on the ground floor of a larger house. It is a independent flat with a separate entrance at the side of the building. There are five free parking spaces directly in front of the accommodation which can be used at any time without restriction. There is also free parking on the street in the immediate vicinity.
