In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. In 40 m²: Small kitchen, dining, living, and bedroom all in one. The very bright apartment with stone flooring is on the second story and reachable with an outside staircase - first you have to cross our chaos garage. Supermarkets in 10 -15 min, S-Bahn 6 min & 16 minutes to main station. From airport, go with S-Bahn to Laim then with S2 Dachau/Altomünster/Petershausen to Karlsfeld! FYI: we have a couple of chickens in the garden - morning ¨cock-a-doodle-do¨ included!!

The 30 sqm apartment is modern and discreetly furnished, built in 2018, and consists of a living room with adjoining bathroom. By S-Bahn (7-minute walk) you can reach the hacker bridge (Wiesn) in 9 minutes, 12 minutes to the main train station. For concerts in the Olympic Park, it is 15 minutes by taxi or 35 minutes by bus/U-Bahn.

My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is very nice and is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi. It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.

(S-Bahn) and in about 15 minutes to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) by tram 19. Parking is free in front of the door. Within walking distance is a shopping mall, Westpark, for a walk, Bakeries, supermarkets, drugstores and small restaurants.
