The stay was great. The location was both close to the center, and very quiet. The proximity, e.g. to Strasbourg by car, is also great. The apartment is as described in the advertisement. Tugba was very friendly and always quickly accessible. I would be happy to come back.

Michael personally welcomed us and seemed very likeable and friendly right away. He was also always courteous and extremely pleasant in news traffic. The location of the apartment is really unbeatable, absolutely in the heart of Karlsruhe. Everything was very well maintained and well cleaned, from towels to linens to kitchen, which was super stocked by the way. We can highly recommend the apartment and contact with Michael and would book again at any time if we come to Karlsruhe. Thanks Michael and cleaning team! Greetings from Weingarten
