Wonderful year-round home. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoors space. Our accommodation is good for couples, solo traveler, business travelers and families (with kids). Car is needed as there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are located in Edane, to the town of Arvika 25 km. A shorter forest walk from the property to the lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Enket but comfortable living in the basement. Two beds that can be pushed together and a sofa bed in the big room. In the room next door there is a bunk bed with good mattresses. A baby bed is also available to use, let me know if you wish. Kitchenette with fridge, stove, coffee maker and microwave. Toilet and shower on the same floor. Laundry room upon agreement. Good bus connection to Karlstad, Ica store 150m away. Cyclist? Klarälvsbanan passes close by. The lakes Gapern and Alstern are close, fishing licenses are purchased at Ica 🙂

This apartment is part of a converted row of workers’ cottages on our farm, which is situated on the edge of the Kilsbergen mountain range, 2 kilometres south of the village of Mullhyttan. Parts of the apartment is newly renovated and contains everything you will need for staying. In the surrounding countryside there are beautiful walking paths. The local bus stops 250 metres from the front door. You will find a lovely lake for swimming 4 kilometres away,and the large town Örebro 40 km away.

The veranda at the entrance to the apartment is for the guests. Distance to Spiken's fishing area is about 3 km and about 4 km to Läckö Castle. The house has a scenic location.
