Apartment on a farm in the beautiful countryside

This apartment is part of a converted row of workers’ cottages on our farm, which is situated on the edge of the Kilsbergen mountain range, 2 kilometres south of the village of Mullhyttan. Parts of the apartment is newly renovated and contains everything you will need for staying. In the surrounding countryside there are beautiful walking paths. The local bus stops 250 metres from the front door. You will find a lovely lake for swimming 4 kilometres away,and the large town Örebro 40 km away.

Enket men bekvämt boende i källarvåning. Två sängar som går att skjuta ihop och en bäddsoffa i stora rummet. I rummet bredvid finns en våningssäng med bra madrasser. En babysäng finns också att använda, säg till om ni önskar så. Pentry med kyl, spis, kaffebryggare och micro. Toalett och dusch i samma plan. Tvättstuga vid överensk. Bra bussförbindelse mot Karlstad, Ica-butik 150m bort. Cyklist? Klarälvsbanan passerar nära intill. Sjöarna Gapern och Alstern är nära, fiskekort köps på Ica 🙂

House by the lake / Hus vid Vänern

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

Välkommen till lugna Råtorp. Beläget ungefär 3km ifrån Karlstads centrum. Bostaden ligger på markplan med egen ingång. 160cm säng finns samt en bäddsoffa med två platser vardera. Busshållplats ligger med 1-2minuters gångavstånd från boendet som tar dig in till stan på 7 minuter. Busslinjen går även hela vägen upp till Karlstads universitetet. Med en 15 minuters promenad över den nya bron tar du dig enkelt till Löfbergs lila arena. Boendet har en gratis parkeringsplats och wifi.
