Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. You can do this in our sunny 2-room apartment (65 m²) in Frauenland with a large southwest terrace and direct access to the pool and garden. Pool and garden is also used by us. A kettle grill is available for grilling. With the bus lines 14, 114 and 214 you can reach the city center in 10 minutes and the university at Hubland in 2 minutes.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

The bright and central apartment is located directly between the Ringpark and Südbahnhof Würzburg. It is designed for up to 4 overnight guests. In the bedroom there is a 1.60m wide bed and in the living room a sofa bed also 1.60m wide. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a spacious shower tray, the bathroom also has a washer-dryer, which also allows longer stays.

Wunderschöne geräumige Ferienwohnung  für die ganze Familie Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (für 1 bis 8 Personen) ist im ersten Obergeschoss und hat einen separaten Eingang.  Die Wohnung hat ca. 95 m², mit einer Terrasse mit ca. 45 m² und einem Balkon mit 6 m². Hinweis: Haustiere sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Für jedes Tier berechnen wir eine einmalige Gebühr von 70 €.
