everything was perfect. the road to the guesthouse is a bit tricky and narrow, but that's it 👍

The house is excellent. While you expect that a car is necessary for most things like supermarket or a restaurant, there are many nice amenities. For example, we had quite a bit of rain during our stay, but there was also plenty to do on the property: the domed pool is a great idea that you don’t often find, the sauna is very nice, the bathtub in the master suite is quite elegant too. In addition the playground and trampoline are entertaining for the little ones. I want to highlight some more cool things, the chest containing a mix of toys was a nice surprise. In addition, the espresso machine is top notch - I understand coffee and this is a legitimate machine that you don’t see in a house rental. Just be aware that there will be some neighbors and a cute cat walking around. Finally, the area felt very safe for families.

Even more beautiful than expected – absolute recommendation! Our stay in this accommodation was simply fantastic - even more beautiful than we had imagined! The location is wonderfully quiet and yet optimal for reaching many different cities and excursion destinations within about 30 minutes. The house is well maintained, sparkling clean and furnished with great attention to detail. It exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere - we felt at home from the very first moment. The hostess is exceptionally warm, helpful and attentive. You can immediately tell that she is wholeheartedly committed and that the well-being of her guests is her top priority. We felt completely comfortable - our stay really couldn't have been better. Thank you for this wonderful time - we will definitely come back!

We booked Danijel's place quite spontaneously and we definitely weren't disappointed. The house is modernly decorated and we felt right at home. There is really nothing missing and Danijel was always available to us at short notice for questions. The entire check-in was absolutely straightforward. We definitely recommend Villa Dorina.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Istria! The house is incredibly spacious, perfect for our group, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The highlight was definitely the private pool and large outdoor area, plenty of room to lounge, dine, and enjoy the sunshine. The location is peaceful and offers a true taste of Istria, while still being within a short drive to charming towns, beaches, and local restaurants. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for space, privacy, and a touch of luxury in beautiful Croatia. We’d love to come back!

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Everything was absolutely perfect: the house, the host, the location. The house is furnished with such an incredible attention to detail. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are astonishing. This house is the sort of place that keeps you happy whatever the weather is. David and his family are the best hosts you could imagine. Super kind and positive, always responsive, attentive to our needs (we asked for three beds and highchairs for our babies and we found them in the house when we arrived), full of recommendations for restaurants, things to see, where to park and much more. David even met us in Vrsar to show us his recommended tour of the town and restaurant. The location of the house is also very convenient if you’re going to move around by car. All the areas of interest are within a 30/50 min ride. Thanks so much David and your family for your incredible hospitality. We’ll recommend this place to our friends and family!

Daniela and Korado welcomed us very kindly and first gave us a tour of the property. All communication was very friendly, uncomplicated and fast. Everything corresponded to the description and the view from the terrace is simply magnificent; the large pool was not only refreshing, but you could also swim in it very well. We had a wonderful time at the accommodation and felt very comfortable. We highly recommend the house and Daniela and Korado as hosts.

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Six of us spent 11 nights in this villa. It was a very nice stay. Beds were very comfortable and everything very clean. The kitchen equipment was first-class, nothing was missing, there was also a coffee machine and a whole pack of beans for it. We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen very much and used it a lot. The only drawback here was the knives, which could have been a little sharper. Danijel was extremely friendly and helpful, on request he brought us additional towels and took care of everything very exemplarily. The drive to the villa is a bit adventurous, over a very tiny road, but you are away from all the hustle and bustle and have a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Cres. We can definitely recommend the place.

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

This place was incredible. We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was great. Our 3 year old loved it and was great that it was under cover. Taxis / Ubers were reasonable into Fazana and Pula and we hired a car for further trips and you could walk to the local beach in about 15 mins. We loved the space and location. Restaurant across the road is definitely worth a visit!

The beautiful house is extremely well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, especially nice is the garden with large clean pool and a covered seating area. We were able to switch off well, enjoyed the tranquility and the fantastic surroundings. The hostess is extremely friendly, is always available, provided us with information about shopping, beaches,.... and vegetables from the garden. Thanks for letting us vacation with you. It was a dream!!

A perfect stay - we booked this place as part of a road trip for our honeymoon & it was exactly as described! The photos are spot on for it We brought our dog and the whole place is fenced in and secure so she could do what she pleased as well as we could. Very private, gated and covered parking (very important for us) and in a very private place with no traffic! We used this as more of a base so I can’t really comment on the local area as we did a lot of day trips however, it worked very well! Great pool, everything you need amenity wise! Only small draw backs would be a lack of basics in the kitchen (but as long as you know, that’s easy to sort as part of your grocery shopping anyway) and the road is seemingly yet to be finished but both of those things took nothing away from our stay! We had a really nice time at Old Mulberry House! The house was very clean and tidy and the pool was perfect in warm weather. The location was great for our stay. Slightly quieter and secluded, but all places and shopping were quick to reach. Tomi was very friendly, always responded quickly to our questions and recommended us some nice restaurants and places. We would book the house again at any time and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful week in this fantastic Airbnb! The house is rustic and charming on the outside, but ultra-modern on the inside - a perfect combination of coziness and comfort. We really lacked nothing: everything was sparkling clean, well-equipped and designed with great attention to detail. The pool was a real highlight – very well maintained and ideal for relaxing. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, ideal for unwinding. We would especially like to highlight the host Mario, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and always quickly available. You feel immediately welcome and well looked after. We can fully recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

We had a great week in the house - perfect for large groups and the pool, hot tub and sauna were a highlight! The house is as described and the communication worked great.

We stayed at Villa Aromatica for 1 week and it was fantastic. Bernard and his parents are wonderful hosts and even prepared us a wonderful meal on our last evening with local wine. The Villa is 5 star with very comfortable beds and top quality facilities. The pool and outdoor kitchen are excellent. As a family we like to experience local culture and everyday we did day trips, never driving more than 1 hour. We actually had breakfast in Croatia, lunch in Slovenia and our evening meal in Italy one day. The scenary is breathtaking and the history is unrivaled. Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Motovun, Piran in Slovenia and Trieste in Italy were some of the places we visited. I would recommend Villa Aromatica anytime of year as it offers so much whatever the season.

Villa Emi is a dream! 30 minutes from Prorec and beautiful beaches are thus also easily accessible. The new house is a dream. Everything is superbly furnished. The complex with mega volleyball court, artificial turf, pool and garden house make the vacation perfect! Shopping facilities are also easily accessible. Highly recommended and will come back any time!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The house is not only very large, but also immaculately clean and furnished with great attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by the high-quality olive oil and the delicious wines that were available directly on site - a wonderful regional addition! The outdoor area is a real highlight: the garden is beautifully maintained, the pool invites you to relax and the small but very well-equipped gym was perfect for staying active on vacation. The reception was extremely warm – we were greeted very kindly and received many great recommendations for the area. The host was always available and made our stay all around pleasant with his helpfulness. We can highly recommend this house and the hosts and will definitely come back! 🍷🏡
