Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kaş

Loved our stay here! Super cozy and clean little place with everything we needed. It’s in a quiet street, which was super convenient for us. The hosts were really kind and chill, made us feel welcome right away. Would totally stay again!

We had a pleasant holiday, Ms. Pınar was a very good host. We didn't use areas like the jacuzzi tub, but the garden and pool were very enjoyable. It's an ideal home for a family of 4 or a group of friends. It is close to the center and the surrounding bays in terms of location. Guests without a car may have some difficulties.

Cemile's place is perfect. The bed on the second floor is done the way you see the sea first, when you wake up. Great feeling, very nice. Kitchen is perfect, BBQ zone is great. Please note, the location is quite private, so you'd better have your own transport (rental car or smth)

A complete oasis of peace. You are completely spared from everyday stress and annoying people. You are completely private. If even locals drive by/going by, they can't see anything. The house and surroundings are simply a dream. I can only recommend it for those who would like to protect their privacy and love nature. You could expand the kitchen utensils a little but you can cook great despite it. We were there for 5 days, I wish we could stay longer. Mr. Tarkan was very helpful and was always available. The pool was totally clean and beautiful. Long talk briefly, I highly recommend it.

İlyas Bey is a wonderful host — his place is in the best part of Kas with the most marvelous view! İlyas was highly responsive, friendly and a magnificent host with lovely recommendations. The stay was great and made our Kas vacation perfect. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend that you stay at İlyas Bey’s home. Incredible!

What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! Deborah and Önder were very caring and sweet people. They helped us with everything, asked about our shortcomings and found solutions. It was one of the most beautiful houses in Kalkan. We had everything we needed. We will come again next year. Thanks for everything. 🤍

It was a perfect, sweet and extremely clean house. You can stay with peace of mind. The location is very central and you can easily reach everywhere. Communication with Ms. Esra was very easy, we received an immediate response whenever we wrote. If we come back, it is definitely a place we will prefer again. Thank you so much for everything.

First of all, our host Ms. Esra was in contact with us before we arrived in Kaş, she welcomed us even though we arrived very late and helped us settle in the house. During our trip, he was always in contact with us, we never went unanswered. We already liked the house from the photos, and we were very happy during our stay. We had everything we needed. The terrace and view are really beautiful and peaceful. The location is already incredibly good, everything is just a small slope down. If we come here again, we will stay here again. Great stay. Peaceful. Very clean place. Bathroom is great and the shower has an enclosed door. Everything was available at the house. The owner, Abdullah, was outstanding and very welcoming. Thank you. We will definitely stay again.

Great spot if you want to be slap bang in the middle of town! We had a late check in but Mustafa was kind enough to wait around for us to make sure we were all checked in okay and told us where it was okay to park our car. His cafe is next door to the property which we enjoyed most mornings! Thank you!!

Great place to stay. Spacious appartment for two, quietly attached to the bigger villa, separate everything. Location is a killer - away for the crowd. Beautifully furnished, fresh and modern. Appliances are top notch. No problems at all. Very satisfying experience.

We stayed at Meltem’s place for two weeks and would definitely recommend! The location is great, as it’s close to town and whether you have a car or not you won’t have issues as there’s also a dolmuş (bus) stop close by. The view is lovely, and being a bit higher up means you get some mountain breeze! The apartment itself was also lovely, and clean! We had most things we’d need but as we were staying a little longer there was the odd thing missing - but Meltem was very helpful and would immediately bring anything extra we asked for. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to Kaş and would love to stay here again! Thank you to Meltem and her husband for a lovely stay 🙏🏻

We really liked the location of the room. You can easily go to the central places, beaches and restaurants in a walkable distance. Also the room was very clean and host is really helpful, responsive and ensured flexible check in thanks for it. If it is your first time in Kaş, you may definitely stay with peace of mind

Had the most beautiful 10 day stay here. The view doesn’t even look real. We were working while we were here and spent lots of time with our laptops on the balcony. It’s very close to everything and the place is even better than the pictures. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Dirk’s apartment is one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Spotlessly clean with three spacious bathrooms. Actually felt larger than the photos and so many thoughtful touches. In a quiet location overlooking Villa Mahal and their quite perfect beach club and restaurant. I recommend Dirk’s apartment without hesitation.

The apartment is lovely with an amazing balcony and great views. All the facilities were good and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The pool was lovely and always quiet- again the views from the pool are unbeatable. We walked to the town in around 10 minutes (down a steep hill). We mainly caught taxis back as the hill is steep and it was very hot but that was always easy and around TL170-200 per trip so not expensive. Kas itself is lovely- lots of restaurants, platform beaches (Hilary's recommendations were the best- Lemonya and boat trip to Limangazi). We also enjoyed a longer boat trip to Kerkova. Hilary was very friendly and responsive and helpful with anything we needed- the welcome food and wine was much appreciated.

everything was as shown in the photo. The host was very interested. We loved that there was something to eat at home. We had a smooth communication. We had a very pleasant holiday. The only problem is that there are no mosquito nets in the house.

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

We had a perfect accommodation experience as a family. All the details are considered in the house. The view is already number 10. I definitely recommend it
