Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kaş

Loved our stay here! Super cozy and clean little place with everything we needed. It’s in a quiet street, which was super convenient for us. The hosts were really kind and chill, made us feel welcome right away. Would totally stay again!

Wir wurden von Seher freundlich schon vor dem Haus empfangen. Eine sehr nette, liebevolle Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung haben wir mit Begeisterung betreten. Sauberkeit und Pflege waren sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Ausblick auf der Terrasse war aber das Schönste. Der Blick von oben auf Kalkan sowie auf das Meer war zauberhaft. Wir wurden von Seher und ihrer entzückenden Tochter mit Leckereien verwöhnt. Ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt, wir empfehlen.

Pınar Hanımın evi konumu itibariyle sessiz, huzur dolu, tasarım olarak ise gayet başarılıydı. Evin fotoğraflarda görülen durumundan farklı bir durumu yok, aynı güzelliklere sahipti. Temizliği, bakımı ve Pınar Hanımın hızlı cevapları ile birlikte güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Çok teşekkür ederiz...

Eine komplette Ruheoase. Man ist vom Alltagsstress und von nervigen Menschen komplett geschont. Man ist lückenlos Privat. Falls sogar einheimischer vorbei fahren/gehen, können sie trotzdem nichts sehen. Das Haus und die Umgebung ist einfach ein Traum. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen für die die gerne ihre Privatsphäre schützen möchten und etwas die Natur lieben. Man könnte die Küchenutensilien etwas erweitern aber man kann trotz dessen super Kochen. Wir waren 5 Tage dort, ich wünschte wir könnten länger bleiben können. Herr Tarkan war sehr Hilfsbereit und war jederzeit erreichbar. Das Pool war total sauber und wunderschön. Lange rede kurzer Sinn, ich empfehle es absolut weiter.

İlyas Bey is a wonderful host — his place is in the best part of Kas with the most marvelous view! İlyas was highly responsive, friendly and a magnificent host with lovely recommendations. The stay was great and made our Kas vacation perfect. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend that you stay at İlyas Bey’s home. Incredible!

What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! Deborah ve Önder Bey çok ilgili tatlı insanlardı. Her konuda yardımcı oldular, eksiklerimizi sordular ve çözüm buldular. Kalkanın en tatlı evlerinden biriydi. İhtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Bir daha ki sene tekrar geleceğiz. Her şey için teşekkürler. 🤍

Mükemmel, tatlı ve son derece temiz bir evdi. Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz. Konumu çok merkezi her yere kolaylıkla ulaşılabiliyor. Esra Hanım ile iletişim çok kolaydı ne zaman yazsak anında geri dönüş aldık. Tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle yine tercih edeceğimiz bir yer. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Oncelikle ev sahibiz Esra hanım daha Kaş’a varmadan bizimle iletişimdeydi, çok geç varmamıza rağmen bizi karşıladı ve eve yerleşmemize yardımcı oldu. Seyahatimiz sırasında da bizimle hep iletişimdeydi, hiç cevapsız kalmadık. Evi zaten fotoğraflardan da çok beğenmiştik, kaldığımız süre boyunca da çok keyifliydik. İhityacımız olan her şey vardı. Terası ve manzarası gerçekten çok güzel ve huzurlu. Konumu zaten inanılmaz iyi, her şey hemen küçük bir yokuş aşağınızda kalıyor. Bir daha yolumuz düşerse yine burda kalırız. Her şey için teşekkürler. ♥️

Great stay. Peaceful. Very clean place. Bathroom is great and the shower has an enclosed door. Everything was available at the house. The owner, Abdullah, was outstanding and very welcoming. Thank you. We will definitely stay again.

Martina’s place was the perfect week get away in Kas! Positioned right in the centre of everything, bars, restaurants, shops, and only 5minutes from the beaches. She really went above on beyond with little details in her place to make us feel at home, extra towels and linen, a sunhat for the balcony, homely beautiful decor and furnishings, lots of hangers for our clothes in the wardrobes, even a snorkel set! The place is really spacious too, a large rooftop where you can see the whole of Kas, mountains, sea and watch the sunset, a front balcony where you can watch over the gorgeous cobbled street, a living room with a large sofa, and a conservatory which is quiet and usually cool enough to sit in even without the fan on! And Martina was also so helpful and kind, and enabled us to check-in early :). Helpful tip if travelling from Antalya; there is a 240 lira bus from Antalya bus station to Kas bus station (in the centre near the Petrol station) - takes about 4hours

Great spot if you want to be slap bang in the middle of town! We had a late check in but Mustafa was kind enough to wait around for us to make sure we were all checked in okay and told us where it was okay to park our car. His cafe is next door to the property which we enjoyed most mornings! Thank you!!

We really liked the location of the room. You can easily go to the central places, beaches and restaurants in a walkable distance. Also the room was very clean and host is really helpful, responsive and ensured flexible check in thanks for it. If it is your first time in Kaş, you may definitely stay with peace of mind

Super loved this place! Location is superb, you have all you need in the apartment, just need to bring your clothes, walking distance to beach clubs and restaurants. Super close to the centrum. Truly thoroughly enjoyed the stay and wished could stay longer! Will definitely come back! Apartment is super clean, pool has warm water, quiet surroundings, good for resting, jacuzzi was truly amazing! Keep up the great work!

Had the most beautiful 10 day stay here. The view doesn’t even look real. We were working while we were here and spent lots of time with our laptops on the balcony. It’s very close to everything and the place is even better than the pictures. I would definitely stay here again!

le logement de Lars est bien placé. A la fois calme et proche du centre. l'appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien (sauf peut-être un ou deux torchons de cuisine supplementaires). il est décoré avec goût, la literie est très bonne. Tout est très bien expliqué, les restaurants à proximité et toutes les activités à faire à Kaş et autours... je recommande, à 6 nous étions bien. de plus, la vue est très sympa. Merci !

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Séjour parfait, un appartement très agréable et très fonctionnel et l’une des plus belles vues que l’on puisse espérer. Dirk est un communicant hors pair qui fournit de façon intelligente toutes les informations utiles pour arriver dans le logement puis de l’utiliser dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Par ex transmettre les plans d’accès avec photos une semaine avant l’arrivée m’a permis de tout traduire à la maison avant le départ et d’arriver sans stress à la résidence. La terrasse est superbe, la literie très confortable et il y a 3 salles de bain!!! Bien équipé. La résidence est paisible et très propre. Kalkan est facile d’accès le soir en voiture ou en taxi. Il faut savoir que Kalkan est assez chic, très fréquenté des touristes anglais et les prix des restaurants sont élevés. Je recommande à 1000% le logement de Dirk.

The apartment is lovely with an amazing balcony and great views. All the facilities were good and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The pool was lovely and always quiet- again the views from the pool are unbeatable. We walked to the town in around 10 minutes (down a steep hill). We mainly caught taxis back as the hill is steep and it was very hot but that was always easy and around TL170-200 per trip so not expensive. Kas itself is lovely- lots of restaurants, platform beaches (Hilary's recommendations were the best- Lemonya and boat trip to Limangazi). We also enjoyed a longer boat trip to Kerkova. Hilary was very friendly and responsive and helpful with anything we needed- the welcome food and wine was much appreciated.

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

Nesrin Hanım, konaklamamızdan önceki sorularımızı çok hızlı yanıtladı. Konaklamamızda bizleri bizzat karşılayarak evi teslim ettiler. Evde bizi karşılamak için meyve ve ikramlıklar bulundurmaları çok hoş bir sürprizdi. Ev girdiğimizde temizlik kokuyordu ve her yer tertemizdi. Mutfakta her türlü araç ve gereç ayrıca temel malzemeler mevcuttu. Konumu harikaydı ve merkezi konumu sebebi ile yüksek müzik sesi geç saatlere kadar mevcuttu. Konaklamamızı daha rahat geçirebilmemiz için eve kulak tıpası bırakmaları çok nazik ve ince bir düşünce olmuş. Eşim ile birlikte harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.
