Loved our stay here! Super cozy and clean little place with everything we needed. It’s in a quiet street, which was super convenient for us. The hosts were really kind and chill, made us feel welcome right away. Would totally stay again!

İlyas Bey is a wonderful host — his place is in the best part of Kas with the most marvelous view! İlyas was highly responsive, friendly and a magnificent host with lovely recommendations. What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! It was a perfect, sweet and extremely clean house. You can stay with peace of mind. The location is very central and you can easily reach everywhere. Communication with Ms. Esra was very easy, we received an immediate response whenever we wrote. If we come back, it is definitely a place we will prefer again. Thank you so much for everything.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The house was exceptionally clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view was absolutely breathtaking – I could have spent hours just relaxing and taking in the scenery. What made this experience truly special was the host. Mr erhan was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, he went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable. He even offered me a generous discount, which I truly appreciated. It’s not every day you come across a host who is so warm and thoughtful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful stay with a host who truly cares about their guests. I would definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment presented to us was the same as the photos. I can say that I looked at the view for hours. Our house was left clean. They provided flexibility in terms of check-in and check-out. We thank Ms. Merve for her interest.

My husband and I had an unforgettable time in this beautiful villa with breathtaking sea views. The accommodation is very stylishly furnished, super well maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay – especially the private pool overlooking the sea was a real highlight. Communication with Mr. Arif was excellent from the start. He was always available, very friendly and helpful - you feel well looked after. An important note: The road to the villa is quite rocky and remote - you definitely need a car, ideally with some ground clearance. But that's exactly what ensures the absolute peace and privacy that we enjoyed so much. If you are looking for a special accommodation away from the hustle and bustle, where you can enjoy sun, peace and views, you have come to the right place. We will be happy to come back!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Dirk’s apartment is one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Spotlessly clean with three spacious bathrooms. Actually felt larger than the photos and so many thoughtful touches. In a quiet location overlooking Villa Mahal and their quite perfect beach club and restaurant. I recommend Dirk’s apartment without hesitation.

The apartment is lovely with an amazing balcony and great views. All the facilities were good and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The pool was lovely and always quiet- again the views from the pool are unbeatable. We walked to the town in around 10 minutes (down a steep hill). We mainly caught taxis back as the hill is steep and it was very hot but that was always easy and around TL170-200 per trip so not expensive. Kas itself is lovely- lots of restaurants, platform beaches (Hilary's recommendations were the best- Lemonya and boat trip to Limangazi). We also enjoyed a longer boat trip to Kerkova. Hilary was very friendly and responsive and helpful with anything we needed- the welcome food and wine was much appreciated.

everything was as shown in the photo. The host was very interested. We loved that there was something to eat at home. We had a smooth communication. We had a very pleasant holiday. The only problem is that there are no mosquito nets in the house.

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

The house itself is beautiful. Nesrin, is a great host with lots of amenities provided. The location is lovely, very central and lots of nice restaurants surrounding it. It is loud outside at night due to the live bands playing in the bar downstairs. They stop around 2am, however, the hosts provided ear buds to help cancel out the noise at night.
