The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

The Fellerhof on the Fellerberg is far away from street noise and stress, here you can enjoy nature, relaxation and tranquility. There are beautiful hiking opportunities nearby. Some paths lead only a few meters past the courtyard, such as the slate guard path.

The atmosphere in the east quarter of Trier is familiar and scenic. The pedestrian zone with all the sights, museums and shopping, train station, but also nature, vineyards and beautiful hiking, everything is within 10 minutes almost at the doorstep.
