Apartment built in 2017 in the center of Trier, residence at the imperial thermal baths, top equipment , with secure underground parking. The pedestrian zone of Trier and all the city's attractions are within walking distance and are in the immediate vicinity. The university is a few minutes away by bus. The bus stop to the university is located about 50 meters from the apartment. Perfect for city travellers, Luxembourg commuters, long-term guests as well as business and leisure travellers.

Near the city center in January 2021 renovated two-room apartment, about 250 meters from the PortaNigra. The apartment is on the first middle floor and accessible via stairs only. The small hallway leads into the living room with small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, double induction hob). Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, spices, oil, vinegar available. Bedroom: 160 x 200 cm double bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking on request.

Cozy, quiet 2 ZKB, free parking

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden floor of our house, which is accessible by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to the city center. In the district there is a cafe, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and many shops (10 min walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or directly in front of the house or in the main street, 100m from the house.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 sqm) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the souterrain (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. There is a small kitchenette in the entrance area. From here you can get straight into the bathroom with shower/toilet. On the left - separate from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to the nature.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.
