The self-contained apartment offers two separate bedrooms for up to four people, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with plenty of room for relaxation, exercise, or creative projects. Surrounded by nature and a variety of leisure activities, located near Thurnau and between Bayreuth, Kulmbach, and Bamberg – perfect for a relaxing break.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a separate bedroom. If desired, you can sleep separately / sleeping gallery (bedroom 2), which is accessible via a wooden staircase. The 42 sqm apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The adjoining terrace and garden invite you to relax.

Vacation home in the forest

Bright and rural apartment. 3 minutes walk into the forest, hiking trails at the front door. Apartment is located directly in the tri-border corner of Bayreuth, Kulmbach and Bamberg. 20 minutes by car to Bayreuth, very good highway connection. Fitters are welcome here! Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, box spring mattresses in king size bed, balcony facing south and smart TV, washing machine in the bathroom. Parking is available for one vehicle.

Beautiful apartment

The accommodation is very spacious and is in a quiet location surrounded by chickens, sheep, horses, llamas and alpacas. Ideal for hiking and cycling, separate entrance, private terrace, no stairs, parking or carport, cozy small wellness area, highway accessible in 7 km, leisure activities nearby. Fun park, swimming pool, restaurants and shopping are just a few minutes away by car. A charging station for electric cars is also available.

The apartment is an approx. 40 square meter 1-room apartment with furnished kitchenette and dining table; 3 sleeping accommodations and a pull-out couch; bathroom with tub; TV and Wi-Fi; incl. Bed linen and towels. Non-smoking rooms. Barbecue by the house. Parking is in front of the house. The rooms are newly renovated. The exterior facade of the building is currently unpainted. We apologize.

Our smallest gem is located in the attic and can accommodate 2 people. It is beautifully decorated and has a kitchenette in the living/sleeping room, a small bathroom with shower and toilet and air conditioning. The bed consists of two single beds put together and is 160 cm wide and can accommodate 2 people.
