Cozy light-flooded room to relax & feel good in a quiet residential area 15 minutes from the documenta city of Kassel. The large modern house made of nature elements offers plenty of space & comfort. On the floor there is a lovingly designed bathroom with natural stones and lots of natural light. The large garden borders directly on the Habichtswald Nature Park & invites you to put your feet up tothe sound of birds singing. Currently, a dog lives in the shared living areas.

My place is close to extensive forest hiking routes in Hessian Switzerland, feel-good restaurant Leib & Seele, recreational lakes, thermal baths. The accommodation is an oasis of tranquility with gardens and a barrel sauna. Lovingly and individually designed rooms. Spacious common rooms and balconies with views of valleys and forest hills. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with children, and groups (12 - 14 people).

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. A house with two apartments accessible by a staircase. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee on the beautiful terraces, which offers a beautiful view of the green garden. The apartments are comfortable, spacious and nicely furnished. Parking is right by the house. We recommend a visit to Lake Twist, as well as the Baroque castle in Bad Arolsen.
