All I want for my vacation is a spacious and clean place, with a terrace, new furniture, good beds, cosy bedding and comfortable mattresses, super equipped kitchen, loads of sunlight and absolutely amazing views of the bay and the sea. I want a quiet and peaceful area to unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of my day. A garage, fireplace, floor heating, air conditioning - why not? I want the sea at walking distance and a forest nearby to cool down. 5* accommodation sounds good?

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

Our 120-year-old house is located in the charming village of Mavrići. After a meticulous renovation, completed this year, our villa offers a perfect blend of timeless charm and modern comforts. Luxurious five star, two storey apartment approximately 70m2 situated in a traditional old Mediterranean style house which is located in a small marina. Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. Both floors have toilets/bathrooms. We at Vala aparments offer discretion but are always at your disposal if a need arises. Free parking space.

Ovaj je smještaj prikladan za obitelji i nalazi se u centru grada, pa će vam svi sadržaji biti nadohvat ruke. Moderan je, udoban i savršen za odmor. Apartman je nedavno renoviran tako da je gotovo sve u stanu novo. Ima veliku funkcionalnu kuhinju s perilicom za suđe, štednjakom, blagovaonskim stolom sa 4 stolice, veliki kauč, udoban krevet i modernu kupaonicu s perilicom rublja. Možda je najbolji dio apartmana velika terasa na kojoj se možete opustiti i uživati u odmoru!

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
