Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kathu District

the place was excellent. Amazing host, everytime we needed something, the team got back to us asap with the best solution. totally worth it. My only suggestion, please keep a microwave in the kitchen. rest everything is perfect. Ps. it's a gated community (of about 8 Vilas) with guards. So it's very safe.

Great hosting space for a large group. But of a drive to other places but great if you want a relaxing, beach vacation.

We had a great stay! The pool was really nice and the space was clean and comfortable. It is a bit of a trek up a steep hill to get to, but Dane also helped us organise airport pickup which was super nice. They came and cleaned every day and we were able to order grab to the location as well.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour en couple dans une de ces villas dont l'emplacement est absolument parfait. Le logement se trouve au bout d'une route à 3minutes de la plage, entouré de collines et d'arbres. L'environnement est très calme, ça a été extrêmement agréable tout au long de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous devons séjourner à Phuket une nouvelle fois. Merci pour tout

Вилла полностью соответствует фотографиям и описанию, уборка хорошего уровня, бассейн прекрасен, всегда был чистым(его чистили почти каждый день) и теплым, даже ночью он был достаточно теплым и мою дочку было сложно вытащить из него 😄. Вокруг очень тихо и приватно. Были небольшие проблемы которые тут же устранялись командой Luxe Villa, так как они находились где то на Катаманде. Территория охраняется 24/7, до пляжа Ката ной идти минуты 4, большую часть по территории Катаманды, до Каты в районе 7-10 минут, идти по краю дороги. Рядом есть как кафе так и отличный современный массажный салон, а так же кофейня Canelle на холме в 2 минутах езды, обязательна к посещению. Было прекрасно и не хотелось уезжать, спасибо всей команде Lixe Villas за теплые приём, в будущем буду обращаться к вам.

这次住宿能选到这个别墅还是很幸运的，房东和管家全程1对1服务，大部分行程都是管家帮忙安排制定，很方便，虽然别墅靠山上点，但是这次雨季发洪水一点没影响到我们，很幸运，小朋友在泳池玩水都很开心，走下去一点点路就有711超市，按摩店，还有很多饭店，总体还是很满意。

我們8人入住，地方寬敞，房間空間大，冷氣較凍，別墅門外有按摩，便利店，小型超市，餐廳，別墅提供每日免費早餐，非常美味，管家及服務人員非常親切，我們將會在回來度假的。

We had a memorable stay! While the home isn’t beachfront, the views were still stunning and the pool made for the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Just a heads up — the house is very much surrounded by nature, and you’ll definitely notice that indoors at times. We found a frog and lizard inside the living room and the primary bedroom. The staff helped remove the critters. The highlight of our stay was without a doubt the incredible chef and staff. Aew, the housekeeper and chef, was amazing — she made us feel so cared for and her cooking was phenomenal. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The laundry service was also top-tier — everything came back perfectly folded and fresh. Beds were on the firm side, which may be a consideration depending on your comfort preferences. But overall, we loved the peaceful setting, friendly service, and delicious food. Would recommend for a nature-immersed, relaxing getaway!

Perfect hotel

Sophia's place is great. Lovely sunlit condo with everything that one needs. It's very quiet, away from the traffic, with a great view from the 4th floor balcony. But many cafes and bars just a short walk away. I highly recommend Sophia's place and would happily stay there again.

great place to stay near airport!

A spacious room well serviced by hotel staff, in a great quiet location but still close to the action of Patong

Twin see is absolutely fantastic place!!! Highly recommended! Accommodation is incredibly nice, all clean, modern and stylish for my taste. There are two swimming pools, kitchen with included breakfast, showers next to pools… The views are incredible breathtaking, sunset under the see is smth extraordinary… Sirisak is very kind, friendly and absolutely lovely person… I little worried that we haven’t conversations a lot, he is very helpful and intelligent and busy man. He showed everything in that place, offered him help with everything. One more very important thing- there’s not hot with +35, because is located on the hill inside nature jungle, i didn’t use a conditioner a lot. Being in Twin see was one of better experiences . I really enjoyed there and continued my being just after my arrival. Thanks a lot! I wish you success with your business and very nice visitors! Great location. Walkable distance to a lot of surrounding places and beach. Room had everything I needed real comfortable stay. Only complaint is AC kept going out. Maintenance assisted problem each time. Overall 4.5/5 for me. Thank you.

This homestay is a very friendly and clean place for gay couples. There is a big swimming pool which opened 24 hours.Besides，each saturday night，there is a party very nice.What's more，the hosts are very easygoing and generous.They took us to the patong beach and told us many gay bars in the second day we came.And our flight is at night，they agreed to check out late. You should be here to have a very nice trip.

Accès en longtail organisé au départ de pier de Chalong. Arrivé sur une plage deserte (ça fait du bien). Bungalow individuel, 3 piscines et un restaurant très correct avec personnel adorable. Nous avons adoré et le conseillons à ceux qui aiment la tranquillité.

Adrian’s studio is fantastic. Walking distance to the beach and also walkable to the neighboring Bang Tao beach which has a little more activity for those looking for night plans. I enjoyed the quietness and tranquility of the location though. Communication with Adrian was great and he was always very responsive and proactive in sharing important information. The space itself is beautiful and very comfortable, everything was clean upon arrival and the studio looks and feels in very good shape! I would totally consider staying back at Adrian’s studio next time I’m in the area and would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a comfortable a less noisy time in Phuket.

Great cozy place, good safe and quiet area

Nice comfortable clean compact room but big enough for a king size bed, next to a great restaurant, 7/11 and local shops. Free breakfast and I appreciate the 2 bottles of water left by staff in front of my door everyday. Thanks.
