Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Cozy older wooden house of 52 sqm. There are 4 kayaks and a small rowing boat, which can be used at your own risk. Shopping 1.5 km. There's a gas grill on the terrace. 1 bedroom with BRAND NEW double bed (160 cm wide) 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Possibility to sleep in the living room on a ship's bunk. Remember to bring a fishing rod for fishing in the fjord. Bus every half hour to Roskilde.

Private heated pool, which is covered but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor total 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/open space/living room, two bedrooms, a closet hallway, and a large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both upstairs and downstairs, and free parking is available both upstairs and downstairs on the property.

With a location within a reasonable distance from Roskilde and Copenhagen, the house is very suitable for guests who are looking for both nature and cultural experiences. In addition, a desk, cabinet and junior bed (can be moved to the room) Ground floor: Small rustic kitchenette, dining area for two and bathroom. NOTE: bathroom and kitchen are a little raw. Maybe there's also a rural spider somewhere :-) The home is best suited for friends/couples/families with children, but it can be set up for up to 6 people.
