Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Katzenthal

We had a fantastic weekend in this beautiful house! The hostess is incredibly friendly. The house itself is very cozy, clean and simply charmingly furnished. Nothing is missing on site. The pool and the view of the surrounding landscape are absolutely unique. We especially liked that the house and terrace are well secured for small children and full of little treasures to discover. The surroundings are also something very special – quiet, close to nature and with many excursion options nearby. A small note: The lowest bedroom in the house (in the basement area) is a bit damp – that was not a problem for us personally, but for very sensitive people it may be worth noting. Overall, it was a wonderful, magical weekend for us – we would come back anytime!

Florent and Geneviève are exceptional hosts, in addition to being welcoming and warm they were very responsive and caring, we loved talking with them 🥰 The house is even more beautiful than the photos The place was magical in the middle of nature, a breathtaking view (you can admire the deer in the morning😍) Europa Park and Rulantica are 50 minutes away by car It's so relaxing to find this haven of peace after a busy day at Europa Park In short, it was an excellent stay ❤️

A little paradise awaits and our 2 kittens. We really enjoyed using the well-designed gazebo with the grill, as it rained in between. The pool is simply wonderful, as long as the weather is right. In the pasture, we like to watch the two horses, the fox and the stork with his cheeky companion, a crow. Pure cinema. If you want to go on vacation with kittens, it's simply recommended! They were very happy in the garden and made great discoveries.

Our stay was perfect all around! We were very warmly welcomed and immediately guided through the beautiful, extremely well-kept house. We arrived with three adults and three children and were able to make optimal use of the three bedrooms – there was enough space for everyone. The house has a spacious main bathroom with toilet and shower, another bathroom with shower and sink, and an additional toilet. So no one had to wait - ideal for a larger group. Outside, we were able to relax in peace with a beer or two and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. All in all, the stay was just perfect. A small note: early risers (or sensitive sleepers) should know that the owls can be heard from around 5 a.m. - but of course the nice owners can't help it. We would come back anytime!

We were very happy to be there. We stayed two nights on site. The location is breathtakingly quiet. The house is at the end of a valley and in the evening the deer and hares were on the meadow in front of the house. During the day, we were hiking in the area. There are breathtaking landscapes. We will be happy to come back!

excellent location with spacious and very clean spaces! We were 2 couples and we had our own independence both as a bedroom and as a toilet! The center is easily accessible on foot, but if you are traveling by car, the FREE Lacarre parking is just a stone's throw from the historic center!

Very pleasant stay (apart from the weather not great), very quiet residence near the forest, a real treat in the morning to be woken up by the birds. The accommodation was very well appointed. I recommend it for hiking enthusiasts. A place to keep.

Really nice and welcoming apartment! Very clean and comfortable.

We felt immediately comfortable with Rosemary. The cottage was nice and warm when we arrived in bad weather and the view was magnificent. Luckily, we had a few warm days to spend on the wonderful terrace. It was not far to Colmar etc, but after the hustle and bustle down in the valley we were able to rest and relax well in the mountains above Orbey. In the kitchen everything was there, the whole house very original. Really highly recommended! Also very dog friendly!

We had a wonderful vacation with our dog. The accommodation has everything you need and is furnished with love. The best thing is the balcony with a really great view. The apartment is a bit hidden but easy to find thanks to the good instructions from the hostess. Highly recommended due to the quiet location on the mountain! But it is best to shop in the valley, supermarkets are rare in the area 😅 Thank you, dear Vanessa ☺️

Very clean with a nice touch that was waiting for us… Very beautiful memories and 2 mins walk from their castles with panoramic views of the villages nearby. Superb.
