Living space, consisting of a closed bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen-living room. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. If a toddler is traveling, a travel crib is available. The garden in front of the house may be used by the guests. There is a sitting area with a table and chairs. It invites you to have breakfast in the countryside or a glass of wine in the evening sun. Pets are welcome, but must be announced in advance. The stay for a dog costs an extra 10 euros for 1-2 days, and 20 euros for a longer stay.

The house is quietly located in the old town center on the river "Losse" , directly on the hiking trails of the Kaufung Forest and below the collegiate church. It is a 5-minute walk to the shops and practices of the town center, and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the tram.
