Highly recommend for this place. Klaus is a very friendly, helpful person. Everything went very smoothly and without problems, from arrival to departure. We felt very comfortable and welcome! The Airbnb is well equipped and impresses with a small terrace and a very good location.

We have a weekend for four 2 adults, 2 children) in apartment. The apartment is really characterful and individually furnished. We felt very comfortable! Lara was always very easy to reach and responded promptly to inquiries. The location on Friedrich-Ebert-Straße is great: shopping, tram, cafés, everything within walking distance.

We spent New Year's Eve 23024/25 in Ahlam's attic apartment, the location is great for visiting Kassel. Parking in the courtyard with gate also great. Unfortunately, the noise from the apartment below was very disturbing (maybe it was the holidays), otherwise we felt comfortable in the apartment. Another plus: great amenities, comfortable furniture and of course the infrared cabin!

It was a lovely stay, Verena was very accommodating and helpful and the flat is extremely sweet. The area is very rural and good for walking and hiking.

First of all, we were greeted very kindly by Ms. Hedwig. The handover went smoothly and we felt very well looked after right away. We particularly liked the welcome gift in the modern and clean apartment. The apartment itself has a small terrace in the entrance area and a balcony in the apartment area. The living area with kitchen is very large, so the four of us had plenty of space. The apartment is very quietly located in a rural area. The stay here made the special occasion perfect. Thanks very much for that!

We had a very nice extended weekend in the forest cottage. The communication with Lena in advance and also during our stay was super uncomplicated and friendly. The house is very cozy, we felt completely comfortable!

Great apartment, friendly proactive approach with useful hints and tips, fully equipped and stylishly furnished apartment, great comfortable king-size bed, no carpet (suitable for allergy sufferers). The accommodation was five-star deluxe. Hartmut greeted us very kindly. He was very communicative and hospitable. The apartment was really spotless. Super equipped. We immediately felt at home. The summer house is lovingly furnished. There's really nothing missing. The small, sweet garden in front of the terrace also invites you to linger. We had really nice evenings around the campfire. A nice location, with a terrace at the back, where you could sit nicely on the river, and behind the garden. It was a spacious house, with spacious rooms. Even the kitchen was a separate, and very spacious space. Everything was available. Very clean and tidy. Nice hiking in the village. Shops are 4 kilometers away. Edersee 20 minutes by car. Really worth it. A nice spicy walk done there. In short, value for the price.

We spent relaxed days in this super beautiful cottage and the idyllic natural garden. The cottage has been lovingly renovated, yet it has retained its old charm in many places. There is a lovely welcome package, which the children and our dog were very happy about. The area is super beautiful and interesting. There is a great nature reserve nearby and it is not far to Eisenach. The nearest shopping facility is only a few kilometers away in the next village. You can also have a great holiday in this house and in the surrounding area with a rather nervous animal welfare dog. There is plenty of space and tranquility for everyone. The people in the village are also very nice and understanding. You can start hiking directly from the house. There is a good information folder. Our children were thrilled with the warm down duvets and extra blankets, as the weather was cool on Pentecost. We can only recommend the Kaufmann family and their cottage! 😃

It was a wonderful stay and a wonderful accommodation. We found that it was even more beautiful than in the pictures. We spontaneously asked both for check-in and check-out if we could enter the apartment a little earlier or leave it later and that was all possible without any problems, which does not have to be offered at all. It was really great and all the guests liked it very much. Due to the wonderful weather, we also had the opportunity to sit outside and were able to use the cozy garden in a quiet and relaxed location. Such a great accommodation, which I can only recommend to everyone, even if you are traveling with a larger group!

Lovely apartment, nicely furnished. Parking is not easy, but loading and unloading is OK outside the apartment. Watch out for scooter spaces - you have to be part of a car sharing scheme to be able to use them.

We had a great stay. :) The apartment is really spacious (significantly larger than it looked in the photos) and beautifully laid out. In the living room, we could sit together comfortably as a group without it getting too crowded. And due to the layout of the apartment and the room layout, it was also possible to easily retreat and enjoy the peace and quiet. The two bathrooms also meant that you didn't get in each other's way when getting ready. With the loving furnishings and the view of the countryside, we felt very comfortable. Actually, we had booked the accommodation mainly for an event nearby, but we were so impressed that we would like to come back for a longer vacation. Communication with the landlords was always very friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were also absolutely uncomplicated. We are thrilled! We would be happy to come back :)

The apartment is modern and well equipped and is located in a pleasant, quiet residential area. With three separate bedrooms, the apartment is very suitable for families or groups of friends. Check-in was uncomplicated thanks to good advance information. Tobias was very quick to respond to questions.

Everything available. Even if we didn't need much, as only a coffee was necessary for sleeping and before starting the day in the city. The rest was there and in the area. Easy to reach by car in a quiet location.
