Beachfront holiday rental in Kea

Posto da sogno, ideale per una coppia. Vista mozzafiato e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi se si vuole restare a Koundouros. Assolutamente consigliato!

Très bon séjour dans ce très beau lieu, calme, paisible, sur la plage de Liparo, très peu fréquentée. Maison convenablement équipée, agréable à vivre, avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Petit bémol : la piste un peu difficile pour y accéder (SUV conseillé). Hôte agréable et discret. Bref, un séjour mémorable, à recommander !

Ήταν εύκολο να το βρούμε, ένα μικρό αλλά πολύ cute και καθαρό σπίτι. Είναι υπέροχο αν θες να απομονωθεις και να ηρεμήσεις. Εμείς το επισκεφθηκαμε τον Σεπτέμβριο οπότε όλα ήταν ειδυλλιακά! Έχει πολύ ωραία θέα και βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε λιμάνι και παραλία.

L’appartamento, il contesto e il mare accessibile dalla casa ci hanno regalato una pace ed una bellezza che ha superato le aspettative. Tutto quello che poteva servirci era lì. La signora Zeta inoltre ci ha coccolato preparandoci spesso da mangiare piatti buonissimi. Abbiamo lasciato a malincuore l’appartamento dopo 10 giorni di pace, con la promessa di tornare.

We fully enjoyed our stay in Fotomari! The home was full of “Greek” charm! In particular, the views were breathtaking! We very much appreciated the pet-friendly policy! Our host was kind, responsive and helpful!

Die "Villa Mitch" ist wunderbar etwas oberhalb der Bucht von Otzias gelegen, zum Sandstrand sind es nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Großartig fanden wir vor allem die beiden Terrassen mit Blick auf die Bucht. Auch vom Schlafzimmer aus hatten wir tollen Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Iasonas haben wir beim Einchecken kennengelernt. Er war hilfsbereit und nett und während der Woche seiner Abwesenheit telefonisch problemlos erreichbar. Super!

We had an incredible time staying at this enchanting house! From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt simply wonderful - welcoming, heartwarming, beautiful and perfectly designed for our family. The house came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and stress-free for the entire family. The location was spectacular and provided us with an exceptional experience that we'll treasure forever. In addition, Katie's warm welcoming and Nick's responsiveness elevated our arrival. Thank you! This was one of our best vacations, and we're excited about the possibility of returning in the future!

Emma’s house offre tout l’espace et le confort souhaités pour un séjour relaxant à quelques pas d’une plage magnifique. La vaste terrasse et le jardin qui entoure la piscine sont de toute beauté et offrent un cadre privé très agréable. Très rapidement l’impression d’être chez soi, à la maison, s’impose. Le jardin, la piscine et le ménage sont entretenus avec soin, en toute discrétion. De plus, Thodoris, notre hôte, est très disponible et de très bon conseil. Il veille au bon déroulement de votre séjour de la réservation jusqu’à votre départ d’Emma’s house. Une très belle expérience et une forte envie d’y revenir!!

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

Villa stupenda con una Vista fantastica. Piscina grande e con Vista sul mare. L'unica "pecca" è la strada sterrata e disconnessa degli ultimi 400 metri per raggiungere la villa. Questo però non mi impedirebbe di tornare di nuovo!

Prachtig ruim huis met een heerlijke vibe op een schitterende locatie. Ideaal voor twee koppels met enkele kinderen. Best afgelegen (winkels, horeca niet onmiddellijk in de buurt) maar wel in een wijkje met ander villa's dus buren nabij. Ideaal voor wie rust zoekt, weg van de massa. Netjes en gezellig ingericht. Alles aanwezig wat nodig is. Wifi en airco werkte goed ;-). Bedden, lakens, handdoeken: prima. Keuken wat aan de kleine kant, voor groter gezelschap beetje nipt qua werkruimte, maar het lukt wel. Technisch probleem met de wastafel werd onmiddellijk opgelost door de huisbewaarder die ook het onderhoud van het zwembad voor zijn rekening nam. Hele vlotte communicatie met sympathieke eigenaar. Tijdens ons verblijf werkte de verlichting van het zwembad niet, maar ik ga ervan uit dat dit binnenkort hersteld wordt. Het zicht op het terras van de buren (door meerdere gaten in de scheidingsmuur) en dus ook omgekeerd vonden wij minder fijn, maar de buren zijn wel heel vriendelijk. Heel fijn strandje onderaan het huis.

Elissavet is a wonderful host, very responsive and responsible. Unfortunately we did not receive the exact gps coordinates prior to trying to get to her place, so we struggled finding it, but she instantly solved this, when she realised we did not have the exact location. We took our family and our dog to the house and we had such a wonderful time. The house is nice to fit 6 people. The outside is perfect, the view, the various places to sit and relax, the outside dining area. I think we were the first visitors of the season. All the pillows had brand new covers. The kitchen was lacking a few appliances (4 table knives for 6 people), but that probably had to do with the start of the season. We really loved our stay and the helpful host.

Siamo stati soddisfatti al 100% del nostro soggiorno, tanto che ci piacerebbe tornare un giorno. Host super disponibile e gentile. La casa è piccola ma perfetta per due persone, molto pulita, c’è tutto l’occorrente per cucinare ed è stupendo mangiare fuori vista mare. Rapporto qualità-prezzo adeguato. Spiaggia molto tranquilla e con facile accesso. La zona si raggiunge molto facilmente. Consiglierei a tutti di soggiornare qua!

La vacanza nella casa di Sofia è andata divinamente. La casa è molto bella, pulitissima, accogliente con una bella spiaggia privata a 3 minuti a piedi. Tramonti bellissimi ogni sera! Sofia è sempre stata geniale e attenta a ogni esigenza!

This is our second time staying at Villa Ioanna. We loved it so much last year and couldn’t believe our eyes when we got there. The location is amazing the view is breathtaking. The wonderful sunset on the sea and the 2 different verandas can offer you a different angle every night. We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged 10, 12 and 14, they never stopped talking about the villa in Kea, so we booked again to repeat the experience! Many memories made: playing by the pool, having breakfast at the table in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with sea view, eating together outside enjoying fresh fish cooked on the barbecue enjoying the sunset. We explored the beaches nearby like Kampi and Poisses, they are all very beautiful with crystalline water and at the end of May they are very quiet with umbrellas available for free. We went to some restaurants and they were all very nice. Steven is a great host, his information are very clear and helpful. He was always very proactive.

The minute we arrived we felt at home. The sea views, the balcony, the rooms, the kitchen, the bathrooms- everything was clean, pleasant and inviting. We were 2 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space. The location is perfect- a brisk 20 minute walk from the port town of koressia, minutes from gialiskari on one side and vourkari on the other. We didn’t rent a car and relied mostly on buses, and there is a bus stop literally under the house. When we did take a taxi to a more remote beach we were kindly given the number of a reliable driver. In short- thank you! You made our vacation perfect!

The apartment is really nice, very well equipped and positioned

Nous sommes déjà venus l'année dernière, Cette fois-ci, nous sommes revenus avec un couple d'amis pour leur faire découvrir cette belle île. Nous avons été comme la dernière fois très bien accueillis par Nikos et sa famille, ils sont très réactifs si besoin et très gentils et serviables, ils ont le restaurant qui surplombe la plage juste çà côté, les plats sont très simples mais très bons. Ce qui nous plait c'est qu'il n'y a presque pas de touristes, c'est assez sauvage, ce n'est pas compliqué de trouver une plage déserte, il ne faut pas avoir peur de prendre des chemins de terre et de cailloux, ça monte et ça descend, une voiture 4x4 est recommandée (que nous avons loué chez Leon Car à kéa). La météo était parfaite, que du soleil avec une mer chaude. Nous avons entre autre visité les ruines de Carthaea (5km aller-retour à pied uniquement) chemin de dalle de pierre en escalier, la remontée est assez physique mais c'est très beau. Nous avons même fait de la plongée à 2km seulement de la maison (plage de l'hôtel d'à côté). Louilis est un village sans voiture, qui prend vie à partir de 18h (ouverture des boutiques et restaurants), avec que des escaliers, on monte, on descend, ça fait du sport, magnifique. Repos total dans la maison d'Elly, aucun bruit, juste celui des vagues avec une vue à 180° sur la mer et l'horizon, on a l'impression d'être seuls au monde. La maison à une ambiance de maison de pêcheur, ce n'est pas le luxe d'un palace mais c'est très authentique, très simple, juste fonctionnel. Our stay in Athanasios' and Maria's haven of peace was the best Airbnb experience we ever had, so much so that it's diffiuclt to sum it up. The terrace has an unbelievable view, nothing that the pictures can actually convey. The house was also extremely clean, comfortable and well organized, with everything you need to enjoy the full greek experience. There are hammocks, a barbecue, multiple chilling spots, even a telescope to admire the wonderful night sky. But most of all, the hosts are incredibly kind and caring. Communication with Athanasios was extremely fluid and we were given the best tips to enjoy the wonderful island of Kea. You'd definitely be lucky to stay here!

Great stay in this beautiful house with the outstanding panoramic view on the sea! The house was super clean, well equipped and the self check in process gave us the autonomy we wanted to arrive when more convenient. You'll need to drive a 10min dirt road to get there so I recommend future guests to shop some essentials before getting there. Thank you!!

Una casa mto bella, affacciata sula mare, immersa nel paesaggio lunare di Kea. Apostolo e i suoi collaboratori gentilissimi e accoglienti. Siamo stati bene e la consigliamo!

Absolutely wonderful apartment - great for families! Thalia had a travel crib set up and ready to go upon our arrival. Perfect spot in Korissia! Highly recommend!
