Holiday rentals with a patio in Kefalas

Echt een geweldig appartement! Komt volledig overeen met de advertentie. Het is brandschoon en aan alles is gedacht: thee, koffie, wasmachine, noem het maar op. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving, maar onder aan de berg wel een leuk restaurantje om te genieten van zonsondergang. We hebben even moeten stoeien met de jacuzzi: die ging midden in de nacht om het uur aan, maar de host reageerde zeer snel en wist ons goed uit te leggen hoe we dit konden oplossen. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

Ravie par ce séjour de 8 jours où malgré mes obligations de travailler, ai toujours eu du Wifi. Ce studio situé au rez inférieur est fidèle à sa description et bénéficie d'un excellent rapport qualité prix, car il y a un service de piscine en ajout avec d'autres.. Les voisins sont discrets, respecteux, amicaux. Les commerces de proximité sont hyper touchant par leur gentillesse. Très bien situé entre plusieurs villes majeures. Je recommande ce choix. Je serai même prête à y revenir. Mon bémol a été sa personne de contact. Ai fini le séjour sur une note negative. C'est propre à elle, et non au logement. Elle n'a pas été présente lors de mon arrivée bien qu'arrivée à l'heure au lieu di5 immédiatement et jointe immédiatement. Par contre, pour récupérer l'argent de la taxe de séjour, Mme m'en informe 1h avant le départ (j'avoue cela m'avait malheureusement èchappée) et débarque à l'improviste 10 ' après que je lui réponds que je n'en étais pas informée. L'hôte a été gentleman. Merci.

Das Appartement entsprach volll unseren Erwartungen. Von den Bildern kann man sich von dem Inneren der Wohnung einen sehr guten Eindruck machen. Das absolute Highlight ist die traumhafte Aussicht. Anna ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Sie reagiert auf Anfragen sofort, bietet jederzeit ihre Hilfe an. Sie hat uns beim Check-In mit diversen Grundnahrungsmitteln überrascht. Einen persönlichen Besuch ihrerseits haben wir leider verpasst, sie hat uns aber mit sehr leckeren Selbstgebackenen überrascht. Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons absolument adorées notre séjour au Penthouse. Nous sommes un groupe de 3 couples avec deux bébés. La disposition du logement était parfaite. Nous avions chacun une chambre avec salle de bain et balcon ce qui nous permettait de tous avoir un peu d’intimité. Le logement est très bien insonorisé également. L’hôte avait laissé avant notre arrivé deux lits de bébés avec plusieurs couvertes chaudes et propres à l’intérieur, ainsi que deux chaises hautes bien équipées. Il y avait même quelques jouets pour bébé. Que dire de la propreté des lieux. C’était tout simplement parfait. Après quelques jours, nous avons même eu droit à un ménage complet et en profondeur des lieux. Finalement, le localisation est plus que parfaite. Vous êtes situés au abord de la vieille ville. Vous sortez du Penthouse et à quelques pas seulement vous y trouverez d’excellent restaurants, cafés et boutiques. Le port en soit est à seulement quelques minutes de marches. WoW je recommande vivement!

Stavros was fantastic, as was the history of this wonderful place. Rethymno was a beautiful town and we explored everywhere on foot. We decided on walking in the morning and then having a late lunch (each lunch was fantastic) and walking back up the hill to have a light supper on the deck at sunset. Beautiful and thank you so much for the care you put into your house to make it a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday based in this beautiful and spacious apartment. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Panagiotis and team at the management company are personable and responsive, ready with local recommendations for activities and dining. We will certainly come back when next we are able, and have no hesitation in recommending Riviera Vista luxury apartments.

10/10 experience. Breathtaking views and sunset from the balcony, perfect location right on the harbor - surrounded by all of the best restaurants and places. The apartment is beautiful - clean, modern, great appliances. (The washing machine even uses AI). The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and despite being in the middle of the action, it is so peaceful. I didn’t want to leave. I will be back here again. The hosts were incredible. Kind, helpful, proactive, and made such a nice experience for us. Thank you!!!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einer Überraschung in einem der Schlafzimmer. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage, perfekt um vom Alltag abzuschalten. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Manos. Einzig die schweren Koffern zwischen Parkplatz und Haus zu transportieren war umständlich. Für Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung ist das Haus aufgrunddes Zugangs nicht zu empfehlen. 20 Minuten zum Strand von Sougia mit herrlichem Wasser. Im Juni waren kaum Leute da.

We stayed for one week and had a really great time. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The host was always easy to reach and we got many recommendations. We would really recommend this beautiful house, we want to come again next year!

We spent a few wonderful days at Anastasia-Maria`s place around the Greek Easter celebration. Anastasia was so nice to prepare a table with different typical Easter things, like the red Easter eggs, the Lambades, some Koulourakia, the EasterBrioche and had prepared little notes to explain the easter traditions. That was amazingly kind !!! Whenever we had a question she answered within a very short time, always helpful and very friendly. The place is a beautifully calm place, where two adults and one teenager could recharge indoors and outdoors. It would easily fit another two people. We had regular cat visitors outside the kitchen door :) You will need a car to get there and to explore places like Rethimno, Chania, Elafonissi or Preveli. There are taverns in the surrounding villages and a Mini-supermarket 5 minutes by car down the road. We can highly recommend this place and will come back in the future. What a wonderful place for a peaceful few days! The view is breathtaking and the area is just beautiful. The villa is extremely well appointed and has every amenity you could ask for, including a fantastic salt water pool. Hora Sfakion is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk away and has a choice of shops and tavernas all serving great food. My partner and I stayed with our young baby daughter and Alexandra and Lefteris couldn’t have been more helpful setting up a cot and high chair for our arrival.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem kleinen süßen Haus! Es war alles perfekt und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten das Glück Michaelis kennenzulernen und er ist so nett und gastfreundlich. Vielen lieben Dank Michaelis, wir kommen sehr gern wieder.♥️

We loved our stay in the villa, it was even more beautiful than the pictures. Beautiful mountain views with the privacy we were looking for. Check in was super easy, our host gave clear instructions and was helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend!!

This house is absolutely stunning! It is even more impressive in person than in the photos. The view took our breath away every morning ! The house is about 10 minutes from Kissamos which is the small town where we bought food to cook at home. I do advise renting a car to get to the surrounding towns and beaches. The host, Ria, was incredibly communicative prior to our arrival and just as accommodating once we got there. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until almost midnight. She was so kind to provide us with food and coffee for breakfast as well as some olive oil made from her family’s business. Ria was so welcoming and helpful! We felt very safe and at peace in the house (we visited with our 3 children who are 7, 10, and 11). This was by far our favorite vacation and we look forward to returning! We highly recommend! 🙌🏻

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Haus! Es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und in einer tollen Lage. Die Kingsize Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war von Anfang an freundlich, respektvoll und absolut reibungslos. Schon zur Begrüßung stand ein kleines, herzliches Willkommensgeschenk in der Küche bereit: Honig, Olivenöl, Kekse und Raki – eine sehr schöne Geste! Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Anzumerken ist, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Es liegt an einer kleinen Anwohnerstraße, aber dennoch fahren dort Autos lang und man hört es vor allem morgens extrem im Bett. Im Verlauf unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir sogar mit frischen Eiern und Orangen aus eigener Produktion überrascht. Zum Abschied gab es dann nochmals Honig und eine Flasche Raki – einfach großartig! Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen gastfreundlich. Vielen Dank für alles!

Ein großes Dankeschön an Konstantinos und Stelina, die eine wunderschöne Wohnung für ihre Gäste zur Verfügung stellen. Wir waren begeistert von der Aufteilung der Räume, sehr modern mit bodentiefen Fenstern, einer Küche, in der nichts fehlte (selbst eine Salatschleuder und ein Messbecher waren da!) und mit einem komfortablen Bett. Die Handtücher werden jeden 3. Tag gewechselt und die Bettwäsche jeden 5. Tag, echter Luxus! Es duftet sehr angenehm, Dank der gut ausgesuchten Duftstäbchen. Für mich ist eine gut riechende Wohnung immer sehr wichtig und das haben wir ebenso sehr geschätzt. Der Balkon ist luftig und nach 10:00 im Schatten, da lässt es sich angenehm aushalten und der schöne Blick auf die Souda Bay ist einfach herrlich. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, man ist also schnell im Zentrum, aber abends auch schnell wieder draußen. Ideal für Menschen, die das Stadtleben genießen wollen, es aber lieber etwas ruhiger haben möchten. Danke nochmals für alles!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Anastasia & John. L'appartement, spacieux et joliment décoré, est bien situé pour se balader dans la région de Chania. L'emplacement est central, on peut facilement se rendre à pied sur le front de mer, tout en étant au calme. Nous avons spécialement apprécié la grande terrasse verdoyante et la literie très confortable. Enfin, le contact avec Anastasia et John a été très facile, ils nous ont gentiment accueillis malgré notre heure d'arrivée tardive, et avec un petit plateau d'accueil et des conseils de restos. Beautiful apartment in a great location. Fully stocked with everything required for our stay. Very helpful host who checked with us a number of times. Very easy check in and out. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Best airbnb we have ever stayed at because of Andonis's (and his mother, Maria, who lives in the same complex) hospitality. Andonis gave us great recommendations and even dropped off a bottle of delicious rose. Maria made our stay feel like a home. She brought us oranges from her garden for fresh juice, dolma made with zucchini flower, and spanakopita. The kitchen was also fully equipped so we were able to cook at home at least two meals a day. If we return to Crete, we can't wait to stay again.

Beautiful stay! Such tasteful design, spotless home with really wonderful staff to help. The team was very responsive and had really set up the place to make it very warm. It had everything you may neeed and more! Super strong winter net too so we enjoyed working there. Loved it and would definitely suggest!

Stella was an outstanding host. Her accommodation is beautiful. Everything was perfectly prepared. A delicious cake was waiting for us on the table. There were also various foods from Stella's parents' garden in the fridge. Stella is very communicative and gives great tips about the area. Thank you for this wonderful time.

Fabulous attentive host. Light bright spacious apartment with a lift. Generous welcome pack , great walk in shower, large extremely comfortable beds and nice fresh linen. Large Windows and sliding doors onto two terraces , one with the hot tub! Sunset and sea views from both terraces. Close to bars and restaurants with Indigos our favourite just across the road on the beach front. We hired a car from the host and went on an adventure. Definitely the way to see Crete! The mountainous centre is fantastic and you get to discover other great places. Recommend Evita beach Bali which is just 30 mins along the coast. Truly a piece of heaven. Very sad to leave!!! Thank you so much for everything!

Anna was a super helpful host. We worked from her place for a week. The apartment was perfect for what we needed. It’s only a short walk into town - which is very charming. The beach across the road has crystal clear water - even if there is some debris on the sand. The road is a bit noisy - but the doors keep out the noise. Anna’s place is spacious and very well appointed with everything you could need. Thanks to Anna for the late check out as well!
