We had a lovely stay in Crete! Our villa was so peaceful. You hardly hear any outside life. You most certainly need a car especially if you plan on moving around to see different things. The water pressure in the bathroom was amazing! The house had amazing views. Some of the best sunsets we saw. The housekeeper was always on hand for whatever you needed and responded really quickly. Overall an amazing stay.

Such an incredible home tucked away in the Cretan mountains yet close enough to some great restaurants (Maza Cafeneion just around the corner wasn't in the list of recommendations but was one of our favourite restaurants). It's a great option if you're craving nature, greenery and don't want to stick to the touristic areas. The house is spacious, clean and perfectly peaceful. Check out is at 11am however a group of 3-4 people showed up at 10.45am and came into the house to start cleaning whilst we were packing up which we found a little intrusive. Aside from that, the most amazing stay.

The photos don't really do this properly justice. The setting is truly amazing, it's a comfortable space. We had an amazing time. Fit and finish on a few things could be dealt with but very minor things that didn't cause any trouble with our stay. The cleaners came to empty bins and change sheets regularly. You will definitely need a car to get to and from the property.

It would only be appropriate to start with Manousos, as a host simply incredible, so friendly, attentive and genuinely couldn’t have done enough for us. His location recommendations were some of the best spots we have ever been to. Between the 5 of us we couldn’t speak highly enough. The villa certainly matched every picture and more. As we drove up the driveway the ‘wow’ factor hit us all and from that moment forwards it set the tone for the week. On behalf of us all, we want to say thank you for making our holiday what it was and we certainly hope we decide to return again soon.

We had a lovely stay at Stelios Villa. Incredible beautiful surroundings, it’s a short walk into Kalyves, we didn’t realise until day 3 but there’s a small parade of beach bars and restaurants if you walk a bit further than we had been for first 2 days. The stay was lovely, the house was beautiful. We really enjoyed the village and it’s relatively slow pace. Stelios was very responsive to messages and very helpful too.

We had an incredible stay with our family. The photos do not do it justice. It’s so beautiful and so peaceful. There were many lovely welcome food and drinks that we really appreciated. We had many activities and family in the area so we were out and about but were always looking forward to coming back to enjoy the house, the pool, and the gorgeous view. We also loved the hot tub when we got a little chilled from swimming since it was a bit early in season. We made sure to have a day to just do that. We used the indoor/outdoor theatre one night and that was really fun. All the rooms and the kitchen were perfectly appointed. Everything was so well thought out. We can’t wait to come again and stay longer and have time to use the outdoor kitchen, the gorgeous dining room and enjoy the beautiful pool and view again. Absolut top Villa, modern, sauber, ruhig, rundum top! Von der Villa aus hat man die beste Aussicht, absolut überragend. Einziger Hinweis, die Einfahrt ist sehr steil, mit unserem gemieteten Fiat Panda kamen wir nicht hoch, konnten aber direkt vor der Einfahrt parken. Wir können diese Villa jedem empfehlen der auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Erholung ist, mit traumhaftem Ausblick. In naher Umgebung gibt es tolle, einfache Restaurants, zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in der Villa Mystique in Chania und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Die gesamte Verwaltung sowie die Hilfe vor Ort waren wirklich erstklassig – freundlich, professionell und stets hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, und wir fühlten uns jederzeit gut betreut. Die Reinigung des Hauses und des Pools wurde regelmäßig und zuverlässig durchgeführt, sodass wir uns immer in einer sauberen und gepflegten Umgebung aufhalten konnten. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet, modern und komfortabel – es fehlt an nichts. Besonders beeindruckend ist der atemberaubende Blick auf die Bucht von Chania, der uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Der herrliche Pool, der abends beleuchtet ist, lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein und sorgt für eine perfekte Urlaubsatmosphäre. Book this Airbnb. Do not think twice. Nice to be greeted with wine and snacks after the flight over. 3 styles of coffee makers with coffee. Sugar, spices, olive oil and balsamic to get you started. 4 bedroom 3 full baths. Great living and cooking areas. Very spacious for our group of 7. Clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you could ask for. We made a few terrific meals with the grill and kitchen equipment. Harilao has put a lot of thought and planning in to his home. Gorgeous outdoor space with heated pool. Indoors is clean and uncluttered. The views are lovely. 1 minute on walk up the street to fresh bread daily and cute market. 3 minute walk down the street is a bigger market. 4 minute walk to my favorite beach. 8 Euro for 2 chairs and an umbrella. Bar right there if you want a drink. Walk to coffee, pastries, restaurants and bars near by. We loved the home and beach so much that we slipped a few day trips. 5 stars. I hope to come back! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The house is truly luxurious, in perfect condition, and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. The layout of the rooms is simply brilliant — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The heated pool was one of our favorite features — always at the perfect temperature to cool down and unwind at any time of the day. The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. A very special thank you to our amazing hosts! They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always just a message away. Every little question or request was answered within minutes — we felt truly taken care of from the very first moment. The villa was absolutely stunning and had been designed with such an eye for detail. The villa was also immaculate and cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The villa itself had everything you could possibly want, the pool and hot tub were exceptional and the facilities were just as pictured. The games room was a particular favourite of ours. The host was also fabulous! He met us upon arrival and made us feel very welcome. Providing everything we needed to get settled as well as for our little one! We cannot wait to stay again! An amazing villa, host and holiday!

Die Unterkunft war besser als erwartet. In Realität wirkte alles größer als auf den Fotos. Wir waren deshalb positiv überrascht. Der Blick auf Meer und Berge war schön. Die Gastgeber bemühten sich sehr und kommunzierten wunderbar. Wir könnten uns vorstellen, wieder zu kommen.

This is a 10/10 Villa. We have travelled a lot and this is by far the best Villa we have stayed in. We were a family of 9 (5 adults and 4 children aged 2, 4, 9 and 11). The views are stunning, the pool is big, all the rooms have private bathroom. Jacuzzi is also perfect for when the sun goes down! Theo was a wonderful host helping us, giving good recommendations and suprising as with some nice gestures. This Villa really is a Gem as the name suggests. As for the surroundings - it is 100% private! For me the best part was that there is a nice local village to walk to every night. There are some amazing Tavernas/Restaurants with delicious food and reasonable prices (also a mini-market). There is also a nice beach with a good restaurant and a nice cozy beach bar - it is only a 10 minute walk from the villa. And if you rent a car then it is a 10 minute ride to the Rethymnon old town, which is also a very nice place with lots of shops and restaurants. The Villa was worth every euro!

This is the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in, like a 5 star hotel. The villa is beautiful and luxurious. Everything is new and works. Christina the host is amazing, very helpful. Each room has a well sized bathroom with a great shower. A breakfast basket was left outside at 8:30 am each morning - delicious! The kitchen is spotless and has all the tools you’ll need. There’s a BBQ. The villa was cleaned midway and the cleaners did a great job. It is quiet and secure. We slept well. The outside space is stunning. The pool is a constant 1.5 metre depth so perhaps not suitable for very young children. The local village is small and very friendly. There’s a great shop 10 minutes walk away, and next to that is a good restaurant (taverna). You definitely need a car here but I’d recommend you have a car anyway to explore Crete. The coastal town of Almyrida is 10 mins drive away with restaurants and shops. Chania and Rethymno are approx 45 mins drive away. Both have lovely old towns.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dem schönen Haus! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Michael und Kerstin waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert und standen bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Great Villa in a good location. Transport is needed to stay at this Villa however, this is obvious from the booking and any map used. Host and management company very efficient with communications and a hassle free stay. Well recommended.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa idéalement située, avec vue imprenable sur la mer😍 Un vrai bonheur chaque matin d’admirer le lever du soleil et de prendre son petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Je recommande vivement ce logement très confortable, idéal pour deux couples avec ses deux salles de bain, et ses deux chambres ( toutes 2 vue sur mer) 😍 Le village est plein de charme, authentique, avec plusieurs tavernes à proximité où nous avons très bien mangé. Both Ioanna and Spiros were great hosts. Incredibly welcoming and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was beautiful, the views from the pool amazing and it was easy to drive to the old town within 6 minutes. The walk to the beach was about 15-20 mins which we did once. I’d highly recommend this villa and the hosts. 😊

I cannot recommend this beautiful villa highly enough. We had a wonderful week long stay and it felt like home from home. The villa is very private, set back from the road and has the most stunning view and surroundings. It is very well equipped, and we had everything we needed. The pool is absolutely amazing - our children practically lived in it! There is also the dining area and sofa under the veranda, where you can relax in the afternoon heat and take in the amazing views. Mike was an exceptional host - he was very responsive and helpful and gave us lots of tips of places to visit and restaurant recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa is located a short drive from Almyrida, which has a beautiful beach and several fantastic restaurants that are right on the sea front - amazing views when enjoying your evening meal. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we definitely hope to return one day!

Wir haben in dieser Unterkunft vom 09.08 bis 13.08.2024 während unserer Hochzeit auf Kreta mit Familie und Trauzeugen gewohnt. Außerdem haben wir an einem Abend eine Welcome- und an einem weiteren Abend eine After-Party mit unseren Gästen, die von anderen Unterkünften dazu kamen, gefeiert. Diese Unterkunft war für all diese Zwecke ideal. Der Außenbereich ist noch viel größer als man es durch die Bilder erahnen kann und die Zimmeraufteilung ist gut durchdacht. Danke auch an Paraskevas, der uns vertraut hat, obwohl wir eine Party in seinem Haus gefeiert haben und sich für uns eingesetzt hat, als es einmal kurz doch etwas zu laut war. Wir würden diese Unterkunft für einen privaten Urlaub mit Freunden oder Familie sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Mädels und hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit in der Villa! Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber, schön eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den großartigen Service: Bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde sofort reagiert und uns super freundlich weitergeholfen. Die Lage war ebenfalls top – ruhig, aber dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Villa zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Danke für diese tolle Zeit!
