Villa holiday rentals in Kefalos

The place is great, very clean, the host also grated us with Greek wine, water and some biscuits for the kids. We had plenty of rooms, all very clean and confortabil. We also had the product for the mosquitoes. The house is simply beautiful, the garden is so nice and peaceful, very beautiful swimming pool and also the best thing ever..a perfect playground for kids. This is something we did not expect. The experience is....well, better that expected!! We really loved the place and we will definitely return next year.

Soula was a great host, from start to finish communication was great, and was there to meet us, even though we landed late in the evening. The welcome basket, water and fruit juice was a nice touch. The house was excellent and just as the pictures described. The pool and sun beds was a great option on those days we did not want to venture out. It’s worth noting especially if your considering if to hire a car or not, Kardemina central is 4 mins by car but a good 50 mins walk. Even to the closest beach bar is 30 mins walk. There is a wonderful bakery in the centre. The largest chocolate croissants you have ever seen, Avli is a great centrally located restaurant. Our best find was a local butcher a few streets back from the central area. Words cannot describe the Angus beef and lamb we bought. If you want privacy whilst also being close to numerous amenities this is the one for you. Being 10 mins from the airport is also a bonus, as was the last day melon and eggs from Soula

Calme avec une superbe vue. Piscine non chauffée bien aménagée ( transats, parasol, serviettes fournies) Au village de Kefalos à proximité ( 5 mn en voiture) on peut encore rencontrer des locaux, commerçants très accueillants.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille à Nikia. La maison traditionnelle est très bien située, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Ilias a été très réactif et a répondu à toutes nos questions avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons sur la superbe île de Nysiros !

This villa was beautiful! My wife and I stayed here for a couple nights and did not want to leave! We stayed in 2 places while in Kalymnos and this was by far our favorite! Very private! One of the few places with a private pool and grill! We had the family over and cooked tomahawk steaks and ate on the patio while watching the sunset. Would 100% recommend and would absolutely stay here again. Γιώργος was very helpful and pleasant to deal with also!

A great place, great hosts. I’ve started all over the place with Air B&B and this is the best place I’ve stayed. Amazing. The standard of hospitality from the host was outstanding.

Incredible and very private home in the hills, a 15min walk below the beautiful town of Zia. Nikos was most helpful throughout our stay starting with a ride from the airport with a stop at a grocery store, and ending with a ride to the ferry port where we discovered our boat was delayed by 4hrs. Nikos then kept our luggage with him for the afternoon while we strolled Kos Town and then picked us up and dropped us at our boat for our new departure time. The house has cozy decor and good AC and wifi, and had everything you needed to get started on your holiday, with water in the fridge, coffee, ample towels, comfortable beds. It also has the best outside covered dining table with incredible views down to the sea and the neighbouring islands of Pserimos and Kalimnos. We could have sat there relaxing all day. Thanks to another ride from Nikos, we enjoyed a day in Bodrum, Turkey - less than a 1hr ferry ride from Kos Town. A car is needed to explore beaches and the rest of the island.

Cem was a helpful host and her place was lovely. Great pool and view and nice big house. The property manager was also helpful for check in and check out. The area doesn’t have a lot to do but the house itself was a great base for us. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay! The place was perfect for our group — even though it was off season, we had one child in the group and he had an amazing time playing in the garden and swimming in the pool. The house and outdoor areas were beautiful and very well maintained. It’s also just a short walk to the sea, also markets nearby. Köksal was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything easy and comfortable. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend !

Ev tamamen fotograflarda gorundugu gibiydi, hic bir sorun yasamadik. Havuzun ve evin temizligi gayet iyiydi. Tek sorun mutfakta bazi gereclerin sayisi yetersizdi ancak kullanima engel degildi. Ev sahibine tesekkur ediyoruz.

Bodrum’da konaklamaya karar verirseniz tam olarak doğru adrestesiniz. Nihan hanım misafirperverliği, pırıl pırıl evi ile ihtiyacınız olan bütün sorunları önceden öngörerek muhteşem bir deneyim yaşamamızı sağladı. Evin konumunun merkeziliği öte yandan merkezi konuma rağmen izole olması bizi çok memnun etti. Çok güzel bir aile tatili yapabildik. Her türlü ihtiyaç en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü, denize yürüme mesafesindeydi, havuz keyfi yapabilmek de ekstra eğlenceliydi, yemyeşil bir bahçe kuş sesleri özenle dizayn edilmiş bir ev. Nihan hanıma çok teşekkür ediyor, Turgutreis’e gelenler için bu güzel konaklama imkanını kaçırmamalarını öneriyorum.

Brilliant stay in a beautiful Villa. Very secure - accessed by private road with dedicated parking. Attentive owner who was responsive to any queries. Extremely well cleaned and maintained property especially pool which was cleaned everyday. Comfortable beds and good amenities. Property has drinking water from cold tap, washing machine, dish washer and outdoor clothes line. Despite being in a town with busy roads around the layout and design of Villa makes it extremely private and quiet with surrounding views of olive grove. Outdoor area large with many sun beds and table tennis table. Thanks again to Carole and Hilmi for such a nice stay.

Lovely villa - Felt like a private hotel and Sait was a great host! Super helpful, even offered to make us breakfast throughout our stay. The rooms were furnished so nicely and the pool area was gorgeous too. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a place to stay for bigger groups too!

We had a great stay at Muskebi’s Villa! Super clean, cozy, and perfect for families (it comfortably fits up to 8 people). The place is also gated and there’s plenty of parking space. We especially appreciated the privacy and peaceful atmosphere. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding staff. Both the morning and night staff were incredibly kind and supportive throughout our visit. A special thanks to Eda, who helped us check in early, arrange food delivery, and book transportation. There’s a nice restaurant and supermarket just a 2-minute walk away. There’s also a nearby café, though we found the coffee just okay and slightly overpriced. The villa’s close to the city center, but you’ll still need a car. We came in early June—pool was a bit cold since it’s not heated, but we still enjoyed a swim. Overall, a lovely stay and we’d definitely recommend it!

Everything was amazing from check in to check out. Great location, and a place to enjoy. Hosts Onur and Sevgul were very responsive which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended to families, and couples just trying to get away for a while.

We had a truly wonderful week at this beautiful villa in Turkey. The property is spacious, spotless and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing family holiday. It’s set in a quiet, private location, and the pool – which wraps around the house – became the perfect focal point, especially when dining outside. Our host, Ceren, was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to support us when our son needed medical help after a sea urchin mishap – she directed us promptly to the right place. She also gave us plenty of notice for things like the gardener’s visit, always checking what worked best for us. This villa, combined with Ceren’s thoughtful hosting, made for one of our best holidays. Highly recommended!

This was an absolutely amazing home from home villa. With two young kids this villa provided everything we needed and more to make our trip the most comfortable. Washing machine, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, bath tub and then the added bonus of its own private pool. The team were always very responsive and friendly and the host Nikos was there within hours if we had any problems. As was his son also, to show us how to correctly use the AC units (thank you!) we hope to be back again next year - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Narenciye ağaçlarının içerisinde 3 villadan oluşan bir cennet adeta. - Havuz gerçekten muhteşem. Fotoğraftakilerden daha da büyük. 150 cm derinliğinde. - Tamamen doğa ile iç içesiniz. Her yer yeşillik. Hamakta uzanıp doğayı seyretmek çok güzeldi. - Süpermarket, fırın, kasap gibi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Araba ile 5-10 dk mesafede tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı halledebiliyorsunuz. Evden 15 dk yürüyüş ile Kadıkalesi Halk Plajına ulaşabiliyorsunuz. - Emre Bey, Raşit Bey ve Nurten Hanım çok yardımcı oldular. - Evlerde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. (Mikrodalga, tost makinesi, çaycı, kahve makinesi, bulaşık makinesi vs.) Geliştirilmesi gereken noktalar olarak belirtmek istediklerim : - Evlerde bulunan yataklar biraz eski gibi. Çok rahat edemediğimizi belirtmek isterim. - Hijyen konusunda biraz daha dikkatli olunabilir. - Evlerden en azından bir tanesinde bir fırın olsa güzel olabilirdi. Özetle; biz çok memnun kaldık. Önümüzdeki senelerde de gelmek için planlarımızı yapmaya başladık.

Wir haben uns in der Villa von Familie Menges-Weber sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Turutreis und Gümüslük am Hang mit fantastischen Sonnenuntergängen. Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool war eine super Erfrischung bei den heißen Temperaturen. Die Anfahrt zur Villa ist, wie in der Türkei aber überall typisch, über nur sehr schlecht geteerte Straßen. Da wir dies jedoch im Voraus wussten, hat uns dies nicht wirklich gestört. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub, wir werden sicher wiederkommen! Vielen lieben Dank an die Familie Menges-Weber und auch an Herrn Danaci für die vor Ort Kommunikation!

It is a very lovely and classy huge house - ideal for family with the beautiful garden and amazing large pool. The kitchen is well equipped with a fancy decoration. Nil (she lives in a small house next to the main house) is very friendly and helps with every issue immediately. The restaurants recommandations form Orkun were awesome. Supermarkets and a nice shopping mall within 5-10min by car. House is 10-15min by car from Bodrum harbour depending on traffic. We would always come back.
