Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

The apartment has an ideal location in Friedberg’s inner city. 5 minute walk to reach central station: Frankfurt-Central Station by regional train (20 min) and suburban train S6 (35 min) and Gießen-Central Station (30 min). Frankfurt-Fair by suburban train S6 (25 min). 20 minutes drive by car to the motorway access A5. There are several restaurants, coffee houses, bars, supermarkets, backeries, doctors, post offices, banks (ATM). The main shopping street in walking distance (3-5 minutes).

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the house and can be reached via the central staircase. The purely residential area is located in a quiet location, but so centrally that the bus stop for the city bus can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Bad Camberg with the core city is 3 km away and can be easily reached on foot or by public city bus.   The non-smoking apartment is designed for two people. If necessary, a children's travel bed is available.

Our apartment is also suitable for children. We provide a baby crib on request. A mini fridge with freezer is available for our guests. If desired, we can prepare a breakfast for 7.euros per person.
