Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

Die Fewo (85qm) Waldeck ist direkt am Waldrand und befindet sich im EG meines 2-Familienhauses. Sie ist über einen separaten Eingang erreichbar. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine ausziehbare Eck-Schlafcouch & ein separates Schlafsofa. Der Zugang zu Terrasse & Garten möglich. Das Esszimmer besteht aus einer Essgruppe für 6 Personen. Eine vollausgestattete Küche ist auch vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer ist eingerichtet mit einem Doppelbett. Das neue Bad ist mit Dusche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.
