Our holiday home is offered here in the beautiful Wohratal on the edge of the Kellerwald. Hertingshausen is a hamlet of Wohratal surrounded by forest with about 160 inhabitants . In the center of the village there is a playground and a lavender field with seating for lingering . We now offer 2 e-scooters for rent for a' 15 Euro /24h. This is a scooter with a road license that can be ridden free of a driver's license from the age of 14. If you are interested, simply report it.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park and upon arrival you will be able to gaze far into the valley into nature and leave your everyday life behind you. Treat yourself to a break in our 'LANDzeit'. With a few steps, you'll be in the middle of forest and meadow valleys. Enjoy the hikes in the national park, refresh yourself at the many accessible springs, swim in the beautiful Edersee, visit pretty towns like Bad Wildungen and ....

Sleeping places in the countryside, bakery, homestay

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist!

My approx. 90 square meter apartment is cozy, tastefully and comfortably furnished. Loving details can be found in the entire apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. Adjacent to the spacious living room, there is a spacious new balcony. Parking is behind the house. Whether two or many nights; families, singles, hikers or bikers... everyone is welcome with me! The ideal place to relax, discover and enjoy...!

The apartment is located in Altwildungen, the city centre is within walking distance. Parking is available.

In Kleinenglis there is a nostalgic wooden cabin overlooking the countryside, from where you can start your journey into nature. Various swimming lakes and nature reserves in the immediate vicinity provide relaxation BIKE RENTAL possible. For €8 per bike per day, you can cycle relaxed through the day.

There are no shopping facilities in the village. In Borken and Frielendorf (both 6 km away), you will find possibilities to shop. Our village is surrounded by woods and invites you to go hiking.
