We offer accommodation in connection with our cottage on the beautiful shores of Kemijärvi. The price of the accommodation includes the use of a sleeping cabin, a separate kitchen cabin, a sauna and an outdoor toilet. The cottage is located 12 km from the center of Kemijärvi. Beds for two in a log cabin. Electricity + heating. Well-equipped kitchen. No running water. The host will take care of the drinking water in the kitchen. Wood-burning stove. Washing in the sauna, use shifts are agreed with the host. The host uses the other buildings of the place.

Welcome to Piilopirtti, an atmospheric log cabin in the Arctic Circle, on the shores of Kemijärvi, just 7 km from Suomutunturi. The cottage is located on a large lot and offers sweeping views of the lake and dangerous landscapes. From the village you can take the castle to a stunning sandy beach. The starting point of the ski trails is 2 km away, but from the yard you can go directly to the lake ice for skiing. For the fisherman, Kemijärvi offers abundant catches. Jam, blueberries, and lingonberries right on the corner of the cabin await the pickers.

No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. The cottage is spacious (150 m2) and has plenty of private land. The cottage is designed for 1-4 people and is the perfect place to relax. The cottage has a beautiful wooden sauna, as well as stairs from the sauna to the lake to your own dock.

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.
