Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Ostbahnhof (400m), Eisdiele (400m) Restaurant (400m), Bushaltestelle (250m), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (400m) 24/7 Tankstelle (400m), die Innenstadt erreichen Sie in 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Falls es Sie eher in die Berge verschlägt sind diese mit dem Auto ohne Probleme erreichbar. Die voll ausgestattete Küche sowie die Couch mit Fernseher und das moderne Bad lässt sie wie Zuhause fühlen.

A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 20 euros per day.
