Your family will enjoy our 2100 sqft home located in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced backyard. The house is a short drive from the Kenai River and right around the corner from a few restaurants, a local bar, and a grocery store. There is also plenty of parking for a travel trailer or boat. Newly renovated, this unit is situated on Denise Lake. The property borders the lake, and renters have two kayaks included with the rental. Enjoy a fire ring and picnic tables for outside campfires. Has a small outside deck that looks over the lake, with a propane grill. You are booking the complete unit, no spaces are shared, except the driveway and yard area. Only a few minutes from downtown Soldotna and the Kenai River!
