Cute cottage+hot tub

Cute cottage , 1.5 miles from kenai river and 2 miles from Centenial park,one mile from grocery store,,. Fully furnished ,freezer and fridge, Wifi ,TV, Outdoor hot tub. Bedroom is upstairs and described as a comfortable loft.The steps are carpeted and abit steep (not suited for any one who might have issues with stairs that are alittle bit steeper then normal ).Bathroom is downstairs,blue tooth sound system. Ownner on call for any needs . We live in a separate apartment on the premises.

Katmai cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Dressed in Scandinavian style, this small house feels spacious and comforting. It has all the amenities: fully equipped kitchen supplied with breakfast options, Wi-Fi , as well as a washer/dryer and heated garage. It’s one block from the hospital, three blocks from the high school, and easy walking distance to the library, Beemun’s, Safeway, and the Soldotna Creek Park, just to name a few places. No smoking please.

Kenai beach and Kenai river fishing area are in 9 minutes drive. 9 minutes drive to Arby's and McDonald's. 11 minutes from Kenai Airport. 12 Minutes to Walmart and Safeway Shopping Centers.

(The lower deck is temporarily closed for repairs but the upper deck and the gazebo are still open). Long term rental stays are for winter months only. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy.
