Beachfront holiday rental in Kent

A lovely cottage, we have enjoyed our stay very much. There are lots of nice touches in a good thought for the comfort of guests. Warm house in every room by the time of our arrival; milk, juice, home made jam (delicious!), bread, cereals avalible; little messages that welcome and guide through the house. There are actually 3 bathrooms. All is spotless clean and fresh. We wish to return :)

We had a great stay at Ian’s place. We were visiting for a family event in Deal. We know the town very well but it was fun to stay in a different place. The house is very easy to stay with a group of adults, teenagers and a dog. We all had enough space to be together and also have our time. We loved the bright bedrooms. The beds were extremely comfy with lovely bed linen. We really appreciated the welcome basket with Kent treats and the coffee and tea! Thanks The house is in an excellent location. Literally a 2 min walk for a morning dip and super close to the centre and great pubs in Deal. Totally recommend the place. We would live to stay next time we are visiting family again.

Victoria’s house was amazing. A group of us stayed for a walking weekend and was the perfect spot to walk to Dungeness and back. The rear access to the dunes and the beach was incredible. Victoria is an amazing host and was helpful and responsive all the way. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly, words can’t describe how grateful I am for Sheila and to be able to stay here to celebrate my birthday. Absolutely amazing communication!! So kind and friendly. The house was amazing and THE VIEW was incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. I would more than come back here again. But if you’re looking for a sign to book this place, this is it!! Lovely little place, very cute. Nice to have dishwasher tablets and cleaning stuff provided as well as teabags and milk.

Felt really nice here, short walking distance to pretty much everything in Margate, nice and quiet location, hosts were very responsive, can’t find a single fault, just lovely overall and was exactly what it said it would be!

This was the second time we have stayed here and it didn’t disappoint. The flat is in a stunning location, just across the road from the sea. We ate breakfast every morning looking out of the bay window watching the movement of the water. There are some great restaurants, pubs and ice cream parlours nearby. The local pub, The Ship, has been refurbished and did wonderful food. A La Turka and Dean’s Plaice are also worth a trip. We ate ice cream from Makcari’s every evening! Everything we wanted was within easy walking distance of the front door. Claire is a fantastic host and answered any questions very promptly. She is really friendly, as are the couple that live upstairs. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back!!

Wow! What a beautiful bright and extremely comfortable cottage! Spotlessly clean with high spec interior and accessories with everything you need. Giel was so friendly and clearly wants his guests to have the best stay possible as we did! Absolutely No complaints whatsoever... We wanted to book for Xmas but unfortunately it is booked out :( We could relax in the lovely secure garden knowing our dog was completely safe! An outstanding stay all round! It’s a really clean caravan, looks exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed, it was a great base to be able to visit family nearby. Communication was great as well. We will be booking again next time we are down.

The place was clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there and we had complimentary small bottle of milk. Would definitely go back. We went to Canterbury through the bus at the entrance of the camp. Great weekend away

We felt right at home in Wendy's holiday park caravan, which reminded us a lot of our luxury camper that we travel with back home in the states. Wendy was an incredibly responsive and accommodating host from start to finish, and the quiet location away from the busyness of central Dover couldn't be beat. No issues parking, and the overflow parking is a literal stone throw's away if needed. The shop next to the overflow parking was perfect to stock up supplies for a quick breakfast the next morning before we headed out. Supposedly there are laundry resources on site, but we arrived too late to take advantage of that - pick up tokens and soap at the shop if needed. The exterior doors are also a little tricky if you aren't familiar with multi-lock styles - make sure you pull up on the handle when locking exterior doors. Also be sure to make reservations for any of the nice restaurants nearby!

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

It was the perfect hut for a full day at the beach with the kids, all the amenities meant that we didn’t have to carry loads or stuff to the beach! Thank you and we will definitely be rebooking! ☺️

This house has absolutely everything you could ever want or need. Swimming pool is great and heated to a perfect temp for the kids. House is enormous and every little thing seems to have been thought of by the hosts including extras such as dressing gowns for all guests, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer in every room. Location is right on the coast with great views out the front of the sea. Garden is lovely. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Alan and Bill

Exactly what it says on the tin, as they say. Friendly people, a nice little grass dog walking area next to a nature reserve. Pub opposite served lovely food as does the clubhouse I’m sure, although we didn’t get to eat there it served a lovely Guinness and provided great entertainment from bingo to cabaret. All in all very happy and hope to go book even just for a mini weekend break. Sandra and her hubby, nice people and very helpful, thank you both. Mark & Michelle

Lovely house with spacious rooms and high ceilings. Good communication. Conveniently situated for coastal walks and is walking distance into the town.

Our stay was just wonderful. My 9 year old daughter and I come from brighton but are big fans of the area. Location, cleanliness, top tips and responsiveness all fantastic. Thank you so much for letting us stay! Hope to be back soon! X

Sue was an absolutely wonderful host. She communicated with me prior to the trip to make sure that everything went smoothly. She was extremely responsive and even came to help when we needed her. Her apartment was perfect for what we were looking for, she was very thoughtful and we felt right at home. If ever we’re back in Deal, we will definitely stay at her apartment again!

Really enjoyed our stay here seeing family and friends 😊 Great view of the sea -which is just accross the fairly quiet road And made use of lovely patio area and shared garden Fairly quiet and only a short walk to broadstairs shops etc We walked from train station approx 15 mins Enjoyed the French doors opening to patio having fresh air

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this one is near the top. Beautifully laid out and decorated. The garden hut (‘hut’ doesn’t really do it justice) was the perfect place to watch the world go by next to the water. Great communications from Sarah who offered early check in which we really appreciated.

A lovely seafront apartment, clean, tidy and well appointed. After a snag with the code with check in it was a lovely stay and I’d recommend Kirstys place, particularly if you like to wake up to the sound of the sea.
