Welcome to our home! "L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation" located at the entrance of the Quiberon Peninsula near beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Wild Coast, Great Dune Site, GR34...). Le Sunset - in the heart of Carnac

Welcome to Sunset, 30 square meter apartment in Carnac, seaside resort of the Gulf of Morbihan, this completely new and decorated accommodation will charm you with its cocoon appearance for a sweet and sea-salted stay. Ideally located between Vannes historic town and Lorient maritime town, you are in the heart of Quiberon Bay close to the beaches, La Trinité capital of sailing and a stone's throw from Belle-Île, Houat and Hœdic.

You also have 1 terrace and a quiet garden that is not overlooked. The accommodation is attached to our main residence, but you have a separate entrance. This bright duplex apartment, sea view, 2 bedrooms, for 5 people, will allow you to enjoy Lomener and its surroundings in optimal conditions. A living room, a large kitchen, a sea view of the island of Groix. Pérello beach is at the foot of the residence. The residence is particularly quiet and ideal for a relaxing vacation. Apartment about 30 meters from the beach in a renovated 1920 villa and divided into 3 apartments, all with an independent entrance and a small garden with terrace. A large green space (old dune!) in front of the house preserves the environment. The family beach is ideal for all water sports (surfing, windsurfing, kite, paddle etc...) Marked swimming area. South-facing, sheltered from the winds.

Ancienne grange bretonne rénovée avec jardin située dans un petit hameau à fleurs des dunes et de l’océan. Après quelques marches, vous accéderez au logement indépendant de 95 M2 de la maison, le rez de chaussée étant occupé par l'hôte, avec ses 3 chambres, sa grande mezzanine (2 couchages supplémentaires sur demande), son accès privatif, à 500 M à pied de la plage.
