Spent nearly 2 months right here, don’t think we can find any better place around this area. Thank you Peter, for your great help and your hospitality, all the kids have great time at here.

Jenny's peaceful cottage was just that, peaceful! Great accomodation with lovely views, and kitted out with all you need. Very comfortable bed and nice balcony for relaxing on. Perfect location for exploring surronding areas. Host Jenny was lovely and very helpful, will recommend to others who are thinking of exploring the north. Thanks Jenny!

We absolutely loved our weekend. Beautiful house, stunning views, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Shona is great and even gave us a late checkout which was a real treat. We will be back and would highly recommend!

This is beyond a 5 star stay. Steve and Silv's place was modern, with esthetics and modern touches that pleases the eye, even in the smallest places. You are situated in such a secluded, private area, with too tier amenities like a fire pit, hot tub, and pizza oven (They even gave us fresh pizza dough!). We even got to feed their alpacas which is such a crazy experience! The sunrise and sunset views are magical. Steve and silv have an oasis here, with multiple things that you can do right as you step foot out of the property. They even have a wood shop with stunning items. Thank you Steve and Silv, we'll be back soon, I'm sure anyone reading this will say the same after they experience the magic!

It's an awesome place with a spectacular view. The house is filled with amenities and all the items one will need for the stay. For us it felt like a home away from a home. A place well built and maintained. Throughly enjoyed it.

What a beautiful and peaceful place to be. It was as lovely as described and even more! It was all as described plus the things you can't always know until you get there... Spotlessly clean, comfortable, friendly neighborhood, no squeaky floors so you can get up for your morning coffee without disturbing anyone, an incredible changing landscape with the changing of the tides. Absolutely loved it!

I highly recommend this house for anyone wanting a perfect getaway with privacy & quietness with a spectacular view. My partner & I absolutely loved our time here it was just what we needed 👌🏽

Lovely spot with the river right there. Spa pool nice to look at stars at night. Lots of bedrooms for family groups. Enjoyed the table tennis. Good location handy to everything.

This apartment was absolutely brilliant! We only meant to stay a few night but ended up staying more! Kelly was very helpful, and the apartment was perfectly placed in Russell. It had all of the amenities that we needed. We loved it! Thanks Kelly.

Shelley & Graham were amazing hosts, incredibly welcoming and very knowledgeable of the local area. They made our stay in Paihia feel like home away from home, and the guest suite was more than we could have expected ! We will definitely be staying there next time we are in town !

We hit the jackpot with Michaela and Dans place, a great place to stay for a bit while visiting bay of islands. We loved our stay here. Good location. Amazing appartement and views and great communication all around. Would recommend!

Lovely property with everything you could need! Deborah was a fantastic host - incredibly friendly and kind! 5 mins walk to Hihi beach and town only a short 10-15min drive away this is a perfect spot to explore the area. We stayed at Roy’s Bayview Apartment for two nights during our Bay of Islands trip, and honestly - it was perfect. The property is beautifully kept, spacious and has the kind of views you just can’t stop staring at. Waking up to those views was such a treat. It felt private, quiet, luxurious and incredibly cosy. Roy was a thoughtful and communicative host, providing all the details we needed and going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making the apartment feel welcoming. It was the perfect base for exploring Paihia, Russell and Waitangi, but also ideal for just slowing down and soaking up the calm. A lovely home with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Come for the home stay for the view! A spectacular vista, from the Whiria Pa, across the harbour to the golden sand dunes. Also, a great selection of books to while away the hours 🙂 We had the generous bonus of using the down stairs spa as there were no guests. perfect!

The most serene beautiful location. Felt like a million miles from anywhere but best brekkie and coffee just steps from the door and a general store a couple of minutes away with everything you could need. Bed to die for, luxury linens and towels. Possibly the cleanest place EVER. thank you gavin, a perfect stay in a beautiful location.

For a winter break it really was perfect. Best spot ever. The best part....The people! Friendly, helpful. Kind. Every eatery was great. Op shop for fishing clothes too! Had great fishing with " Buckos" Dont miss it! Will return. Thankyou. BnM

Fabulous hosts, lovely accommodation. We stayed for three nights, and all loved it including our puppy. If we didn't have to be back home for things, we would've extended our stay by a couple more nights. I'm sure we will be back again though. Thanks for the lovely stay

It was a lovely relaxing spot to spend a week in a rural setting with sea views out to the Poor Knights islands. A large property, accessed off a private road so very secluded and peaceful. Handy location half way between Matapouri Bay and Tutukaka, although you do need a car to go anywhere. Kitchen was very well equipped including basic supplies. Access to an indoor swimming pool, ability to charge the EV, and use of the laundry was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and explained the facilities and beach access path. Special touches were a bottle of wine and locally made nut brittle on arrival, and acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary which was during our stay. Annette and Bianca were super helpful and responded promptly to any questions.

We had a very pleasant stay here in Paihia with stunning water views. It was peaceful to come home to after touring all day. Easy check-in and good communication from the host. Would stay again!
