Holiday rentals with a patio in Kessingland

we had the most fantastic stay and will definitely be back. we've been to lowestoft before but the location here made it even better. sea views from the apartment. the place is immaculate. I was worried about noise from neighbours as we usually stay in houses, but it's over 2 floors with the bedrooms being on the top floor - perfect. the kitchen is brand new as are the bathrooms, no expense has been spared. the beds are very comfy and the linen was amazing. even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us - thank you! our only very minor quibble was the blinds in the bedrooms don't fully cover the windows, we wore eye Masks which was no drama but our 6 year old was up very early every morning. next time we will pack a travel black out blind. that's our only very minor issue in a perfect and stunning apartment. thank you 😊

We had a fabulous stay at Lime Tree lodge! So nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and relax. Very peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

A great room in a sweet little house. Frederick very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Comfy bed, quiet - nice to have your own toilet and sink. Frederick’s house is in a great location - close to railway station, and an easy beautiful walk through the cathedral into the lanes of Norwich. A steep staircase to room for those with mobility issues. Would very happily stay here again thanks Frederick!

We had such a fantastic stay and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, well looked after and the chalet was equipped with more than you could need. Everything was thought out to give guests the best experience and there was a lovely welcome basket to give an extra special touch.The location was perfect with a nature reserve and lovely park within a few minutes walking distance. Would recommend over and over, will be staying again!

Just stayed here to visit some family and we couldn’t have asked for more from chris’s place! it was clean, chris was always available to reply, it was spacious and there is even a barbecue for the warmer weather! will definitely visit again next time we see family it was perfect.

We had a wonderful time at Emma’s place, the property was beautiful and in fact even better than the listing - the kitchen is done to a very high spec and was fantastic for our group. We thorough enjoyed our stay and it was made all the easier given the very responsive host and clear instructions, we were even lucky enough to be able to check in a little earlier than we thought which was a nice bonus. The location is very good, if you know Southwold you’ll know it can get so busy at times - the property is very close to the town centre but within minutes you’re back in the peace and quiet at the house. Ideal location for enjoying the town and even the harbour, a nice walk either way. The bathrooms have powerful hot showers which was also appreciated!

Great location - we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and RSPB Minsmere. Kitchen had all the equipment needed to make an evening meal. The bread, milk and coffee left by Linda was much appreciated. I usually book somewhere with a separate living room area, whereas here it’s quite close to the bed. However, it was great to be able to use the outside space instead as we had nice summertime weather.

We had a lovely stay here. Such a peaceful location. The place was just right for our needs. Perfect size and nicely laid out with a garden which we managed to take advantage of. Very clean and fresh smelling linen too, which is always appreciated! I liked that the house had some amenities within eg tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil. Very frustrating when the commercial letting places give you a totally bare place. As noted, this house had a good balance of amenities. Lovely beaches also within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Apple Tree cottage was everything we hoped for. The cottage was pristine, and the addition of a welcome pack really made our stay exceptional. The cottage is only a 5 minute walk from the very well stocked Village Shop and The Angel Inn is also close by and was very friendly and served great food. Thanks Gary - we'll come again!

Beautifully Farmhouse with everything you need. Quality furnishings, linen etc. Extremely well equiped kitchen. There was even a playroom with toys which wasn't mentioned. Very safe enclosed garden for a two and five year old to play in. It might be worth mentioning that there were 5 beautiful large shower rooms but no actual bath. Didn't bother us, but maybe worth taking a small baby bath if you have a non standing infant. We had a fabulous stay. Great for an exstended family as there was plenty of space to share or be alone. Thank you!

An absolutely perfect place to stay in Beccles. Exactly as per photos. Easy to find,central to so many places -even without a car. Spotlessly clean,with everything you could think of.

Charming Victorian terraced cottage. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom facilities. Ideal location for the cathedral and centre of Norwich

My partner and I came up for a short stay for work, Christine's air b&b was extremely lovely and in impeccable condition and Christine herself was extremely kind and communicative. We'd definitely recommend Christine's air b&b as a place to stay, especially if you like watching wildlife from your window :)

Great flat, location and host

I had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Peter’s beautiful and quirky place for my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to everything we needed. The home was full of character, immaculately presented, and had all the thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heavy duvets made for a cosy and restful night’s sleep. Everything was so well thought out, and it really felt like a home away from home. I stayed with a friend and we both agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for any occasion. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely weekend break. Very nice little flat with good facilities, in a brilliant location, which was very peaceful. We will definitely be back very soon.
