Fantastic location very close to beach. Very cozy condo. Well kept. Upgraded bathroom and kitchen.

Excellent condo that exactly matches the pictures and description. High quality linens and towels. Super clean, great location, and well equipped. For the washer and dryer you will need about $2.25 per wash and the same per dry … so bring quarters if you plan to use it. The condo is directly next to the pool and the parking spot is just outside the pool deck — very convenient. We were diving so we did not go to the beach but the inclusion of beach chairs, etc. you can bring to the beach is awesome. Host also provided some initial paper products, soap, and shampoo. This condo is now our “first choice” when visiting key biscayne.

We really enjoyed staying at Mariela's place. It was a higher floor so the view was really lovely looking into the lush garden pool surroundings. The living room and dinning room was very spacious and comfortable . Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable . We liked the little touches such as the beach bag and hats, beach towels. We highly recommended this place. Thank you!

Martin’s place was perfect. The location is great, very close to the supermarket and the beach, both only a few minutes walk. The parking is also ideal. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The location is very quiet and has a great pool. Key Biscayne is a beautiful area with amazing houses and palm tree lined streets. It’s very safe to walk around day and night. We used the bus to go into Miami which was easy and convenient. This place was perfect for our family trip to explore Miami, the Everglades and surrounding area. Would definitely recommend this place to other families!
