It is ideally suited for singles or couples, for a short vacation or people who need the proximity to the UKSH. A baby crib and highchair are provided. The apartment (57 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. CAU is about a 20-minute walk, Opera house is about 19 minutes' walk, Art Academy - 2 minutes' walk, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. walk, Highway entrance about 5 minutes by car. Wi-Fi. Die Ferienwohnung ist circa 100 m² groß, hat 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Sie ist zu ebener Erde und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Sie hat eine eigene Terrasse und liegt zur Südseite des Hauses. Die Zimmer sind mit antiken Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Kühlschrank. Das Bad hat eine große Eckbadewanne und ein Doppelwaschbecken. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großer Flachbildschirm. Und viele Regale mit Büchern für jeden Geschmack.

The apartment has been newly renovated and is in an attractive location. It is only a 10-minute walk to the water (Kiel Fjord/Kiellinie), a supermarket (Rewe) is around the corner, parking and a bus stop are right in front of the house. With a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon and co.)PlayStation 4, fully equipped kitchen and cozy ambiance, you are in good hands even in bad weather. A sofa bed will be delivered in the next few days.

We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiel. The quiet apartment building is located on a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We constantly strive to keep the apartment nice and modern. Fully equipped kitchen, Internet and TV are available! A washing machine is in the basement.
