It is ideally suited for singles or couples, for a short vacation or people who need the proximity to the UKSH. A baby crib and highchair are provided. The apartment (57 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat, as we do not want to charge extra for families. UKSH is about 15 minutes' walk. CAU is about a 20-minute walk, Opera house is about 19 minutes' walk, Art Academy - 2 minutes' walk, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. walk, Highway entrance about 5 minutes by car. Wi-Fi. Kiel with spectacular view on the Baltic Sea

Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse. Seperater Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche und Kochgelegenheit. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.
