Extremely relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. check in was very easy, with Nikki being quick to respond and update. The accommodation is hard to describe in words and photos but it is a private, tranquil space set away from the main house with its own driveway space and fencing around the garden and firepit area. The house is very well equipped, clean, spacious and has a log burner. Only thing to mention is bring logs if you want to use the log burner/fire pit, and bring a cafetiere if you cant live without coffee! All in all a wonderful stay and would love to revisit sometime!

We had a wonderful stay in the cabin, perfectly located to experience the beauty and calm of the Scottish countryside. Elaine was a fantastic host – very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

What an amazing location. Right on the Loch just like the photos. An easy walk (100m) down to a stone beach where you can swim. We had a drink on the balcony each evening enjoying the view and the serenity. Even had a visit from the pine marten. There were two other lodges close by, but they are all private and well separated. The location is a little remote, but that was a big plus for us. We found the quality of produce in the region exceptional so decided to cook during our stay and maximize the time we had to enjoy the location. The kitchen has all you need to cook for yourself. There are places to eat in the area if you want to eat out. The lodge was very clean and well laid out. Dermot is super responsive and leaves detailed instructions for everything. We would happily return.

We had great time at the Owl cottage, we felt right at home. There was ample space for 2 adults and 2 kids, and we would have loved to bring our dog as he too would have loved it, but unfortunately we had to leave him overseas. The kitchen had every thing we needed and everything was clean and in fantastic condition. WIFI and cell coverage was spotty, and Jane did warn us about the WIFI ahead of time. All in all it was a great stay and we highly recommend staying at the Owl cottage.
