Great location and amenities. My family enjoyed the weekend getaway. My 20 month old grandson loved the pool and splash pad.

Such a gem! The location was peaceful and beautiful. The private hot tub is a huge plus! The place is clean and well maintained. The host was friendly and accommodating. We will gladly come back!

Place was comfortable and host was extremely responsive. Plenty of space for my husband, myself, and our two kids. We didn't find ourselves in need of anything. Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the pool and nearby beach. Laundry room was a big plus. Definitely recommend a stay here! Thanks Michelle!!

A minute walk to the beach. Spacious colorful and clean place. Highly recommend for 7 people. The pool and hot tub for the community were never crowded and so clean. The community club room and surrounding space was awesome. Loved this place!

Catherine is amazing! This is my second year in a row booking with her and look forward to next year. The Ocean Pines community is a fantastic location and just a short walk to the beach. This is a great house right in Kitty Hawk. Convenient to everything OBX. The pool is fantastic for any age kids. It was a highlight of our trip. We usually began or ended our beach days at the pool. It’s open until 9 PM! The house was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order. It was tastefully furnished and fully stocked kitchen

This town house was perfect for our family vacation - just steps to the beach & a short walk to “down town” Duck with sound side activities & great food. Host was so helpful & informative on local activities!

Geno's places is the absolute best! Very conveniently located, always sparking clean, plus the best host around. Geno is very knowledgeable (and passionate) about everything Manteo and is always willing to give recommendations. We had such an amazing time and will definitely be back again!

“The stay at Gia’s place was wonderful. The Pelicans Nest was spotless and matched the listing. The location was ideal for exploring, and relaxing on the beach. Located centrally for a 30 min commute give or take to the 4x4 beach or Nags Head and Manteo. We were conveniently located near all stores and attractions such as Jockey Ridge State park And The Wrights Brothers Museum. But yet directly across from beach access.If you like to explore OBX this is a great location. Gia was very responsive from the beginning to the end of trip if anything was needed.Highly recommended, and a return stay is hoped for!”

We truly enjoyed our stay at Egrets Walk! My husband and I were there on an extended weekend visit and we were very impressed with the home's cleanliness and tasteful coastal decor. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were so clean. We were able to catch several egrets in the marsh below our living room window. Such peaceful surroundings with plenty of activities for couples as well as families. My husband was working remotely and was able to utilize the office space. Liz was very prompt in response to any of our questions and made our check in process very easy. We will definitely return to this property in the future!

We enjoyed our stay! The Host was able to provide great suggestions for all types of restaurants within walking distance and a short drive. The beach was a stones throw from the house and there were beach chairs available in the garage. A nice deck to sit off the back with ocean view. House provided plenty of room and comfortable beds.

This was a great place for our family to stay in Kitty Hawk! Walking distance to beach, ocean views from balconies, and so much space. Very clean and comfortable. The access to a community pool was an added bonus for our young child. I'd highly recommend this place!

This place was just as the pictures showed it. I have never seen a more clean place. Natallia was responsive with sending details for entry. The area was a quiet, nice community with so many things to do. The beach was accessible by walking or driving. We will definitely be back again.

Jacqueline's house is wonderful. The space is as described (clean, bright, and beautiful), and the short walk through the dunes to the sound behind the property was stunning. The house also had a drip coffee maker which was a huge plus for us as many Airbnbs advertise a coffee maker but it's a Keurig. Jacqueline was also extremely responsive to my inquiries and questions throughout the trip, including when we lost internet during Helene. There wasn't much within walking distance as the house is nestled back in a lot of private land, but all that we wanted to do was a short drive away. I highly recommend staying here for a pleasant weekend in the Outer Banks.

We absolutely loved the place, it was close to the city has a lot of good stores (Target,walmart,Publix) and best of all easy access to beach. The host is amazing, Gia is very responsive and provided clear instructions on our stay. Hands down, we are definitely coming back to the same place for our next visit.

We had an awesome time at Eric’s Place. Its brand new, very short walk to the beach and there’s tons to do in the area. The loud main road out back was really the only downside otherwise everything was excellent. Thank you again!

We had a fantastic day, and the property was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained. I especially liked how proactive Liz was with her recommendations for beaches that included parking information and lifeguard availability. This property allows pets, but it was extremely clean, with no signs of previous pets aside from available dog bowls. We were slightly disappointed that we could not use the pool because it was under maintenance, we were really looking forward to using it, but we understand these things happen and appreciate it being properly maintained. This location is a good halfway point if you plan to see both ends of the Outer Banks and don’t mind driving. Example: 45 minutes to Currituck Lighthouse and 1 hour 20 minutes to the Ocracoke Ferry. I would recommend this property, especially if traveling with kids.

We just had a great stay! Kitty-hawk is the perfect OBX location everything we wanted to do was about 30 minutes south or North making ima central location! Tons of good food and shops around. The townhouse was perfect and had everything we needed. The shower in the basement for after the beach was a huge bonus with kids and the washer and dryer were a life saver! Caroline was very responsive to all of my messages. We had a little issue connecting to the WiFi (I had the password to wrong) she responded so quick to clear it up! 10/10 recommend. The pool/hot tub and Rec room were a huge added bonus for the kids!!

We had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom condo in Duck, NC! The space was perfect for a quick weekend getaway—clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up with everything we needed. The view of the sound was absolutely gorgeous, and the beach was within easy walking distance. The host was amazing—responsive, flexible, and truly welcoming, which made the experience even better. While the condo doesn’t come with a parking pass for beach access points, most places in Duck were close enough that it didn’t impact our stay. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing trip—we’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!
