Beautiful, clean, bright ELW (basement approx. 50 square meters, 1 bedroom, 1 dining room/kitchen, hallway, bathroom/toilet). Detached house in a very quiet location (dead end/traffic-calmed area) in the picturesque district of KL-Dansenberg (outskirts, only 10 meters to the Palatinate Forest Nature Park). Separate entrance, so privacy is maintained. In the middle of nature - and yet quickly in the city center of Kaiserslautern (6 km); only 2 km away from the Technical University. The bus connection to the city is good.

Next door are the following restaurants: Mr. Lian (second building of the residential complex), Bombay, Hacienda Mexican, Vietnamese specialties (cinnamon blossom), Chacarero Steakhouse. Transfer and cleaning are available on request.

Close to nature 90 m² apartment (house in a single location) in the Palatinate Forest only 10 minutes by car from the city center of Kaiserslautern. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with stair lift), It is bright, modern, well equipped and has its own entrance. It is well suited for families as well as for older people. Due to our idyllic secluded location, the nearest supermarket is a good 5 km away, and the nearest shopping center is about 8 km away.

The newly finished apartment has underfloor heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer. Layout: bedrooms, a living/dining/kitchen area with a new fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower. 5 minutes by car to Landstuhl 15 minutes to Kaiserslautern 10 minutes to Ramstein / RAB Airbase.

Neu: Wifi vorhanden! Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Mitten im Pfälzer Wald gelegen, bietet diese Einliegerwohnung den optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Natur oder zur bekannten Burg Nanstein. Die nächste Autobahnanbindung erreicht man nach ca.2 km. Über einen eigenen Eingang gelangt man in dieses Appartement mit Fußbodenheizung. Erst am Jahresende von 2021 wurde komplett renoviert.

Nice Apartment Tla, Vacation Rental

My accommodation is close to the city but within walking distance, but very quiet and in the vicinity of Nanstein Castle. We were warmly welcomed by Elke. Everything was right as we had imagined it to be. The attic apartment can be called a fully-fledged apartment. All living areas are certainly spacious enough for 4 people. In the kitchen, everything you need is present: oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and plenty of pots and pans, plates, cups, etc. In the bathroom, you can even use a washing machine-dryer, and personal hygiene has also been thought of. Everything is neat and well cared for. The carport where we could put our motorcycles was also easy. The house has a well-maintained garden and a gym that we can also use. The area is quiet, it is not a through village and yet Oberarnbach is close to the highway, which you can't hear. We give a "big thumbs up" to Elke! Definitely recommended to go back again, we had a great time. Armand, Gina and Chris

Renita’s Place was 5 star for sure. It was in a wonderfully peaceful and quiet family friendly neighborhood. The home itself was a new build, extremely clean, spacious and comfortable as well as decorated with clean lines and without clutter. For those with babies and toddlers there was not only a crib, but also a cute playroom. For big kids and adults the tv was a smart tv with the latest streaming apps making downtime less of a hassle. The backyard had a nice outdoor space for both dining and relaxing. This home truly is perfect both inside and out. To top it off, Renita was always available with suggestions and to answer questions. Whenever we travel to Ramstein or Kaiserslautern in the future this home is without a doubt the only place we will stay!
