Holiday rentals with a patio in Brooklyn

A good choice of live in Jersey City,If you want to visit New York City. Take 15 mins to PATH station by walking. The kitchen and laundry are very clean and helpful. Capable for max 6 people. Half basement and the street parking some reviews said challenging. But I feel it’s fine. All in all, a good choice for traveling to NYC especially so close to the status of liberty by car.

Emily’s place was more than I expected. They had quality sheets and blankets(sooo soft), quality kitchenware and good TP! Additionally the location was fantastic, I absolutely fell in love with Hoboken. I felt safe and had tons of great little stores to walk to. Definitely recommend!

Great location! I loved the Lower East Side. Great connections. If you are sensitive to noise maybe not ideal. Many Bars, Restaurant and nice shops close by. As well as Subway station. Basically everything you need in NYC around the corner. Robert was very responsive and flexible. I'd stay there again. Thank you Robert!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have all good things to say. Directions into the property were very clear. The condo was clean and looked great. The owner was also highly responsive and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Gregory’s unit is very nice, clean, spacious, well appointed and quite comfortable. It works very well for 2 or 3 people. The location is reasonably close to a couple of different subway lines which makes it very easy to get into Manhattan or elsewhere in Brooklyn quickly. There are also coffee shops and restaurants near by. The unit is on the third floor of a lovely old brownstone so there are two sets of steps to climb to get to the apartment. Gregory is a very responsive and helpful host, we recommend his place highly.

Clean place- about a 15-20 min walk from the Path to NYC and 8-12 min walk to the NJ light rail. William was very responsive, which is great if you have any questions about your stay.

Vlad was a fantastic host, always available and quick to respond. The house was perfect, nothing to complain about... ample space, a beautiful kitchen, a bedroom with glass doors overlooking the garden, a dream backyard, and quiet, typical surroundings. Getting to Manhattan was also incredibly easy, just a very pleasant 7-minute walk to the PATH train, which takes you to the World Trade Center in just two stops. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return. Thanks for everything, Vlad!

This nice appartment is perfect located. We had everything we needed. Karen and Walter were very friendly, replied quickly and gave us the information we asked for. It was a fundamental part of our experience in NYC. We recommend it. Thank you for everything.

Jami's place was ideal for our needs. Nine of us settled in nicely. A huge living space. The roof terrace was amazing, especially at night. Another great plus is the bus stop, less than a minute from the door and buses to NYC or Jersey City. Grand parents, parents and grandchildren, all had a great time and if we are returning in the future, we would gladly stay at Jami's apartment.

Great location, nice small terrace out the back if the weather is good, two Subway stations walkable nearby and two convenience stores on the street outside. Clean and tidy with a good shower and washer and drier. Coffee machine and air con both worked well.

Very cute home! My family and I definitely enjoyed it. Everything was clean and as described. Short walk to bus stops. Will definitely stay again.

This is a comfortable, well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment. It’s not far from the Grand Army Plaza subway stop, which makes it quite easy to get into Manhattan as well as around Brooklyn. Lovely street and neighborhood. The frontroom has one double-bed so it might not be the right layout for a group or family, say, but it worked for me. And there is a private bedroom with a double-bed as well. The small bathroom also might not work for a group of 3 or 4, but was fine for me. I appreciated the responsiveness of Asha’s manager. Everything was done with care.

A refreshingly warm and delightfully appointed place. Andrew is on site, and the place has a warmth missing in a lot of places, particularly those run by services. Great decor, some of which Andrew makes. Comfy bed, quite quiet, and Andrew was a quick, concise and friendly communicator. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

Shana is very easy to communicate with and easy going. She’s okay with assisting on the check-out and allowed us to store the suitcases there.

Perfect place for our large family with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to get ready for a family wedding. Plenty of space for adults and kids to rest and stretch out before and after the event. Jonathan even accommodated our request for a late checkout!

Would highly recommend Keegan’s place! Super spacious and clean - just a 5 minute walk from the subway station which made getting around pretty convenient. Keegan was a great host - easy to communicate with and kept the space very organized. I’ve never booked a space with a shared bathroom before so was a bit nervous about that, but it was very clean and felt comfortable. Overall, the place felt very private as you have your own half bath and entire floor to yourself still. Would definitely come back if I’m ever staying in Bushwick again!

This was such a great space to stay for a quick trip. While shared, there was privacy and all facilities were accessible anytime. Jennifer was super friendly, accommodating and an excellent host - would absolutely stay here again.

Hai and his cats were great hosts and Hai was very easy and flexible to communicate with. Hai’s place is very cozy and is in a very good very walkable location. Definitely recommend

This Airbnb was very clean, orderly and comfortable. Thomas is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions.

The Haüs of Bliss was just as cozy and kinky as advertised! My partner and I had a wonderful weekend there and loved every minute of it! The projector in the play room was also a wonderful touch where we could watch a movie or show when we wanted to take some breaks. We had so much fun and would definitely come back.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

We loved staying here. It was very comfortable and well-decorated and cozy. It was easy to feel at home. There was everything we needed. The patio is lovely and the flowers were blooming outside. The place is quiet and very well located, close to trains, shops and restaurants.
