The house was clean. Comfortable beds. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, grocery stores and a mall nearby.

We stayed at Kayla and Rick’s place for a couple of nights for a little getaway with our dog and it was perfect! The house is cozy and comfortable, with lovely decorations and thoughtful amenities. The backyard is fenced and was very spacious for our small dog. The neighbourhood is very walkable to the waterfront and downtown Kingston. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Our stay at Trevor and Rachel's place was wonderful. A unique place with kitchy decor and stunning surroundings. The communication was great, with clear directions for every step of the process and guidance on the surrounding area. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again in future!

Wow, what a beautiful home! Hosts were great communicators and were very thoughtful. The space was large, well appointed and very clean. We wished we could have stayed longer to use the beautiful outdoor space. Hope to return one day!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. From the little touches to the overall setup, it was clear that a lot of care went into making guests feel comfortable. The environment was incredibly quiet, perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming—they truly went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Their lightning-fast responses made communication effortless and reassuring. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, completely hassle-free. Everything was smooth from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Quiet little place, quiet building, quiet little town. Short drive to Kingston for everything you need. Ample parking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gordana’s! They checked in with us daily to make sure everything is going well. Little chocolates were left on the bed, the bathroom and kitchen were spotless, everything was exactly as photographed. We’d definitely come back to their place when we visit Belleville again!

Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this listing. The area is convenient to everything, it’s so unique and eclectic and perfect for a getaway. 100% will stay again.

Great place to stay in Kingston. You can walk easily to downtown and to Queen’s University. Bus stops are close as well. The apartment was great, the beds were really comfortable and the space was really taken well care of.

The unit is centrally located in Alex Bay. Easily walk through out the town. It overlooks the river and has a great view of Boldt Castle. Comfortably accommodates four adults . It is very clean and modern. We recommend unit 301!

The space was unique and extremely functional with very chic interiors. Wonderful location. Loved the front porch. Parking was easy and convenient. Would love to return!
