I felt very comfortable and was personally welcomed by the hosts Manu and Stefan (and one of the two sweet dogs). You have everything you need there, the view is a dream and the room is furnished in high quality. Even I, as a non-technical genius, got along super well with all the technical details :) I recommend a sleep mask for those who don't want to be woken up by the sun in the summer and want to sleep in, but for me that was the best thing :) In advance, you got great tips for restaurants and also on request an address for renting ebikes. I felt very comfortable and can only recommend it :)

Very nice apartment with great views. Balcony invites you to relax. You can enjoy the sauna with a great view. The apartment is quite fully equipped. A village shop is within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

We had come to this house with 3 friends. We came to Paltz for the wine route and thanks to Wilfried and Claudia we had wonderful days! We were abandoned, but we were warmly welcomed into the home. The contact was very good and the hosts responded super quickly. The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, clean and completely meets the description. The large garden is great, really a hidden gem, where we could enjoy the sun. In addition to the wine route, the area around Rockenhausen is beautiful. We were advised to visit the monastery of Hildegard von Bingen and we are extremely happy that we visited it. The virtual tour brings the monastery back to life and the view is beautiful. Claudia and Wilfried are very kind and we enjoyed our stay and their hospitality. This accommodation is highly recommended and we would love to come back again.

Our late arrival was not an issue. The apartment is bright, beautifully furnished and offers a great view. The city center can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes on foot. There's a Rewe almost next door. We enjoyed it very much.

We felt right at home in the apartment. We were greeted very kindly and slept very well. The bed is super comfortable and the location to the rear is very quiet. We lacked nothing and we would come back anytime 🥰

Stefan was an amazing host. He was available and made us feel very welcome, even wished us well and safe travels on our last night. I hadn’t been back to Germany in 32 years and using Winnweiler as a home base to visit K-Town, Sembach, Vogelweh, and all the little villages I used to live in was very convenient. Stefan’s quaint Airbnb sits right off the Marktplatz (market place) with shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. We ate at Milano’s almost every night - if you want a selection of great Italian and German entrees. The accommodations were typical German, which I loved, but with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. There are stairs leading up to the unit with a safety gate, and stairs within the unit, also with a safety gate. The space is perfect for 2 adults and perhaps a small child. We felt right at home, so much so that we were upset we did not extend our stay past the 4 nights. We would love to book with Stefan on our next trip to Germany, if available.

We were in Kindenheim with our dog for a dog show and made it a short vacation. We were delighted with the Probsthof, the Kemenate, the surroundings and especially with Andrea and Siegfried, our hosts. We didn't expect so much cordiality and commitment. The days flew by and we had far too little time to see everything worth seeing. We will definitely have to come back :) Thank you for this great time and good luck for the upcoming projects. The accommodation was as described, very clean and in a good location. The host was responsive, welcoming, and available for any questions I had. I recommend it without hesitating and will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!

A very nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you may need for a longer stay. Mainz and Bad Kreuznach are a short trip away by train. Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at the blue villa and enjoyed the view and tranquility very much. In addition, the hiking and restaurant recommendations were great!

We had a nice weekend in the Palatinate. Everything worked wonderfully, the apartment is great.

We stayed three nights in the apartment and it was all as described. Meline was very nice and communication worked out great. We also borrowed the bikes for the days, which was great and the location was also good for that. We were always on the road during the day, so the little light in the apartment didn't bother us. For a longer vacation where you want to relax in the apartment, it is not quite suitable. Sometimes you heard the kids above, but that didn't bother us any further. For our city trip, the apartment was just as good:)

The apartment was beautiful, everything was lovingly and very tastefully furnished, really like in a villa :). We found everything sparkling clean. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything we needed. The apartment was centrally located and quiet. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and helpful.

We were super satisfied, especially the equipment for our baby was great. So we didn't have to carry everything with us. Personally, the beds were a little too soft, but that's super individual. Overall, we had a super nice stay and a lot of space to spread out. Gladly again 😊

We enjoyed staying in the apartment very much. Everything was clean and nicely decorated! In the immediate vicinity you can walk in beautiful vineyards.

There were two of us (father + child) in the apartment and we felt like we were guests at Udo's. Everything was tip-top furnished, clean and cozy. Even breakfast is a highlight (highly recommended!). We were allowed to feed the alpacas and take selfies on the very first morning. Udo explained a lot to us about alpacas. The outdoor area with sauna and whirlpool in the conservatory are also great. From here, many exciting excursion destinations can be reached, the Hahnenbachtal right next door, Idar-Oberstein with its mineral museums and tunnels only half an hour away by car. Short distances to the forest, but you also have some meters of altitude to climb and descend. In any case, a double thumbs up 👍

Verena and Marc were absolutely wonderful. They were always available to help with anything I needed and truly made me feel at home. The place was comfortable, welcoming, and very well taken care of. If I ever return to Mainz, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I’d rate it 4.5* but rounding up to 5: very clean, pleasant apartment in a green, peaceful area. I had a lovely morning run and we enjoyed breakfast with a great view from the balcony thanks to the good weather. Two minor points: The beds were very good, but the blankets were oddly short—even my 155cm GF found them small—and the shower was only lukewarm a few times. Communication was mixed: we locked ourselves out once 😖 but it was resolved within 10 min, which was great. However, we didn’t read the hot tub instructions beforehand (our fault), and when I messaged via the app to check if we could still use it, we got no reply. We did receive apologies afterwards—they weren’t notified of the messages, apparently. Overall, still a great stay!

We highly recommend this apartment. The contact with Stephan was always very nice. Correct instructions regarding check in, parking etc. made our stay very easy. The apartment for 4 people is completely sufficient. We enjoyed the view directly on the Moselle and the ships, despite the rain. Actually, there is nothing negative to report. However, there is a small shortcoming to note: these are the rather smelly and gray, worn towels that should be replaced. Fortunately, we had our own towel with us. The great location for bike tours is worth mentioning. Cycling through nature with the fantastic vineyards and along the Moselle is simply a dream. In pouring rain like we have, you simply drink the weather away. 👍 The city center, great wine bars and restaurants, very close and within walking distance. The ZUNFTSCHEUNE restaurant is highly recommended, with delicious wine from the winery AXEL EMERT.

We spent 4 wonderful days with Jörg. The accommodation is a dream, especially the view from the terrace/garden. You can relax very well in the peace and nature. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen offers everything you need. The direct access to various hiking trails behind the house is an absolute plus. The accommodation as a whole is very clean and attractively furnished. You're right at home. Jörg was always approachable and gave us great tips. The swimming pool in Hauenstein is idyllically located in the forest and offers something for all ages. The hike to the Drachenfels is also worthwhile. We will definitely be back :-) Thank you for your hospitality!

Delightful location with ideal garden for kids and dog. Fantastic jacuzzi and forest for adventure. Kitchen with everything on and off. We were there with a lot of heat, yet the apartment was wonderfully cool.

A perfect stay from start to finish! The accommodation was even better than in the photos: clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. We immediately feel at home there. The location is ideal in a quiet area. Jaccuzi and sauna is very clean. Comfortable bed, fast wifi – everything has been thought out to offer a spotless experience. Quick response and instructions from Hosts 😄 I would recommend this place without a second thought and will come back without hesitation if I come back to the area.
