Liebe Besucher In unserem Haus in dem schönen Stadtteil Waldsee in Freiburg bieten wir euch eine nette und separate Einliegerwohnung an. Ihr habt mit uns nichts direkt zu tun und bekommt uns doch mit. Natürlich sind wir für Fragen da. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und neu, Ihr habt alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Fußbodenheizung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch sehr gut mit dem öffentlichen Netz angeschlossen. Es ist sogar möglich in 30min. zu Fuss entlang der Dreisam in die Stadt zu laufen.

Included in the price is the tourist tax to the municipality of Glottertal. From two nights (only for tourist stays) you will receive the KONUS-Card, with which you can use the public transport for free in the entire Black Forest region, as well as free parking tickets for all P+R parking lots in Freiburg.

There are numerous nice pubs, restaurants and good shopping in the area. The apartment has a new built-in kitchen (kitchenette) including dishwasher, so that an open living-dining area is created (the kitchen is not a separate room). In addition, the apartment includes a new, modern bathroom with large shower cubicle.

Our Black Forest house with a south-facing location offers up to three guests a cozy stay. The border triangle allows a variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities. I have traveled a lot myself, speak good German, English, French, Spanish and a little Italian and am always very happy about guests from near and far.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quietly located and about 200m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. By tram you can easily get from the main train station to the apartment. It's an attic apartment with lots of light. A car park can be provided upon request. I live directly under the apartment and am available for questions.

The cozy, newly renovated attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The house is right on the stream. From the balcony you can see meadows, garden, stream and Black Forest mountains. Münstertal offers many opportunities for hiking on the Belchen or Schauinsland mountains.Hiking trails right at your doorstep. Mountain biking is popular in the Black Forest. Ski lifts can be reached in less than 30 minutes.

The tram stop and bike station are just 2 minutes away. The infrastructure is extremely good, all important shops are within walking distance.
