Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Cozy vacation home in beautiful Odenwald

My approx. 115 sqm house is quiet, without through traffic near the forest. There are many family-friendly activities in the area, such as bike park, summer toboggan run, reservoir, ... and attractive towns. From the all-round balcony (2 sides of the house) you can enjoy a view of the unspoilt nature. Families with children, peace seekers, sports enthusiasts, couples, groups, pets - all are welcome. My cozy house has 4 ZKB., garage and a fireplace.

Home in the Perle am Main

The spacious townhouse is located in Miltenberg, the pearl on the Untermain. Odenwald and Spessart meet here on the Main River and allow relaxing days in nature as well as a visit to the old town. A beautiful garden with three terraces, barbecue, fire bowl and sandbox are available for the large and small guests to relax. The house has up to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room and a fully equipped kitchen, depending on the occupancy.

Fantastic apartment in Schönau near Heidelberg

The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and delighted by its bright and friendly decor, it is practical and cozy. You can expect the comfort you want for a few days of vacation (or a business trip). You can reach the apartment itself via about 70 stairs (so it is not barrier-free), south-west hillside location with separate entrance. Welcome!

Wild, charming, authentic little house between forest and field. Great for Families or for People who need a real break from the city, maybe just with a friend- no internet- just the fire-place, a good wine and good talk, or hot chocolate and a nice fairytale.
