Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

Ideally located 500 m from Germany and 1500 m from Luxembourg. It is a semi-detached stone house of 115 m² habitable, 10 m² of courtyard including 5 m² of terrace and 44 m² of cellar. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Completely refurbished in 2023. Historically, you are in the old customs district.

The property is located in Freudenburg about 30 km from Trier. This apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), a bathroom and a storage room. The listing is suitable for 4-6 persons. The two bedrooms are equipped with 3 single beds and one double bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Bed linen and towels are provided.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

Townhouse at 3borders region D/L/F; private house

The house is located in Perl-Büschdorf, directly on the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig. 10 km from the Luxembourg, 2 km from the French border. I live in the house, but am absent when renting it out, with evtl. the exception of arrival and departure day. Space is normaly for 2 adults/couple with children or 2 couples. There are 2 beds of 1.40 m each.
