Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

(+ use = DKK 3.50 per kWh) The summerhouse is located in a valley at the end of a side road and is withdrawn from the road. On the terrace there is a barbecue option and in the garden a fire pit. It is 200 meters from the cottage overlooking the Isefjord. Dining benches are set up by the water with fjord views and should you want to take a dip, a bathing jetty is set up by the beach in the summer. The cottage is located 10 minutes to the nearest shopping and 45 minutes by car to Copenhagen.

Our lovely summerhouse is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.
