Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Cozy little summer cottage 300 meters from the beach.

Relax in peaceful surroundings in a cozy, bright summer cottage. The garden is fully fenced so dogs can run free. Make flatbread over a campfire, grill on the terrace, or go for a walk in the area, close to the sea. Only about 300 meters to a public jetty and a pebble beach. With protected nature in Ådalen, there are plenty of opportunities to hike and enjoy the beautiful surroundings along the sea. The house is small but charming in a real cottage style. 5 minutes by car to grocery stores, 45 minutes from Copenhagen, 20 minutes from Roskilde or Holbæk.

Nyd morgenkaffen fra stempelkanden på terrassen, gå ture langs fjorden, eller cykl gennem det smukke landskab. Heste, lamaer, køer, lam og får græsser lige i nærheden. The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.
